The car does not accelerate or accelerate with jerky motion. Occasionally, the vehicle disengaged out of drive mode and would not accelerate. There seems to be some transmission issues as the vehicles is making jerky movement upon acceleration. Almost cause accident on a turn as it could not move forward out of cross traffics!

They only fixed the brake issue after a year and 1/2 of complaining about it a technician was pulling it in for ac repair and couldn’t stop. So they replaced all brakes and master cylinder and it still happens but less after brake job. Car will just stop accelerating on highway and so I pulled a carfax and discovered at 4900 miles cars computer had to be reprogrammed and transmission had to be serviced . It was sent to auction from the manufacturer not the dealership why? Car is dangerous for my family and I and will eventually kill all of us that are in it when one of these issues happen at the wrong place and time. Please please help us. I first noticed this problem on August 15, 2022. The front Passenger Airbag Off Light on the dashboard is always illuminated when the car is started, with or without any occupant on the seat, which would indicate that the airbag in non-operational and will not deploy when needed. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? No. Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? No warning or messages. There is grinding when turning at low speeds and when driving sometimes there is a "bump" at around 40 mph. This was first diagnosed by the dealer in 2020 and again in 2022. There was a recall of the rear electronic coupler for the same year, make and model but, Infiniti says that it did not apply to my VIN. The TSB is 12-072C. My research of this issue shows that this issue common for my make, model and year. Clearly, this issue affects many more VINs than, originally recalled. The recall for this issue should be expanded to include my vehicle and extended so that this very expensive repair can be made without cost to me. I purchased this car because, I wanted a safe and reliable car to transport my small children. These critical issues jeopardize the health and safety of my family every day. My car is no longer safe or reliable. Additional, in 2020, at the time that the electronic coupler failure was diagnosed, something related to the CVT was replaced because of a recall. This year, I had to have the the transmission replaced. I now wonder if that could have been related to the CVT issue. My catalytic converters also had to be replaced this year.Read more

Brake Pedal sinks to floor slowly at Red Lights. Randomly vehicle will yank seat belt back when abs module detects no brake fluid pressure once in a blue moon.
