I purchased a new 2024 Chevy Colorado Z71 a few weeks ago. The windshield has some manufacturing defects. There are rings inside the glass that cause bad glare. I have tried using window cleaners but the rings are inside the layers of glass. I had the dealership inspect the issues and they confirmed there are flaws in the windshield. Dealership is trying to work with GM on the issue.

But i went for an oil change at 60000 mileage and my local dealer told me that there was a recall and they checked and thats why it took long and im good to go. So they checked the recall and it was fine and now its not fine. I had the recall done but it still happened. My car stayed at dealer from 10 days. They couldnt fix it and someone from Kia Tech came to check, while they are checking the gas tank had a mini explosion as they said. Mercedes has since fixed the vehicle, under warranty, yet they did NOT tel lme anything until the day the vehicle was fixed that it would be covered under warranty. They keep this away from the local dealer and had a traveling technician work on the vehicle to keep it entirely under wraps. I genuinely hope Mercedes is held accountable for taking full advantage of their customers while admitting (at least locally) that the 'fix' for the previously recalled vehicles is inadequate. After pulling over, the warning light came on and message said, "shift sys fault," followed by a reference to see manual. We researched the messages using smart phones and looked in manual. We determined the vehicle needed service. After 15-20 min, we restarted the vehicle and drove 23-25 miles to auto shop. We parked the vehicle at the shop. Yes, the vehicle is available for inspection. The independent service technician / owner investigated for 10 days consulting specialist, ran computer software updates for purpose of diagnosis, and determined the transmission needs replaced. He recommended taking the vehicle to the dealership to confirm. We scheduled an appointment at the local dealership, paid diagnostic fee, and received confirmation recommending new transmission. There were NO warning lamps, NO messages, NO indication of problems prior to failure. They first appeared on this drive. Our safety and the safety of others was at risk due to the high speed (our rate of speed and the rate of other vehicles around us at the time). In addition, the immediate loss of power without warning, the engine revving, gear shifting, loss of control etc. We were fortunate we were able to pull over safely, and to proceed at low speed with blinkers.Read more

My safety was put at risk on my last quarter of my drive between Gila Bend AZ to my Home in Mesa AZ. I could no longer rely on the lane departure, Intelligent Lane Intervention and Blind Spot detection/intervention etc... We took our 2023 Infinity QX60 to Coulter Infinity Mesa to have the vehicle checked out on 8/3/24. No issue found. I even notified them that After understanding that the air was due to the cabin temperature, that I set my side of the vehicle to the LO setting which is 60 degrees. My wife already had her side of the car to like 68 degrees. When we got home I opened the hood almost immediately to check (feel) the AC units lines. They were both the same temperature as the outdoor air. Like 110. If there is technology that would allow these cameras to operate at above the 104 degrees stared in Technical Service bulletin ITB22-035 dated October 10, 2022, I feel a recall is in order. It has now been towed from my home to the dealership once again pending some resolution from here. It has been at the dealership for 80+ days with these engine issues. I have been fighting with the reliability of my vehicle since I first purchased it and have had no luck with it. My fear is being left somewhere with my 2 small children without a vehicle, again. I am requesting Wagoneer purchase the car back from me so I can have dependability back for myself and my family. The service department has been a nightmare to work with in regard to getting them to fix the vehicle. I have been promised a call back a few times and I have got nothing. I have also made the attempt to get Bessey's to repurchase the car this vehicle as it has failed me so many times. At this point I am really upset with this company and its unwillingness to help. Which specific part malfunctioned is unknown. I was slowing down as I was approaching a stop sign when the engine shut off. Next, the automatic emergency braking was activated. I had to restart my vehicle, disengage the parking brake, and shift back into drive. I continued to proceed on my way driving significantly under the speed limit, for fear of this occurring again.
