I AM CURRENTLY IN CONTACT WITH INFINITY AND AM TOLD MY CASE IS IN ARBITRATION. I FEEL THAT THIS IS JUST ANOTHER STALL TACTIC. IT HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR THAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THEM TO COME UP WITH A COMPUTER "UPDATE" TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. THERE NEEDS TO BE AN INVESTIGATION AND A RECALL OF THIS ENGINE. THE WIPER FLUID MOTOR WAS DIAGNOSED AS BEING INOPERABLE. THE CONSUMER WAS INFORMED IT WOULD REQUIRE REPLACEMENT AT A COST OF A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS. I WAS ENTERING ONTO THE HIGHWAY AND MY ENTIRE DEFROST / AC / RADIO CLUSTER FAILED. THE AC CAME ON FULL BLAST, REPLACING THE DEFROST!!! I HAD TO PULL OVER AND PARK THE CAR DUE TO THE SAFETY FACTOR OF NOT BEING ABLE TO RUN MY DEFROST. THE ISSUE IS THE AC, DEFROST, AND RADIO STACK CONTROLS STOP WORKING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND TOLD THE CONTACT THAT THERE WAS ONLY AN INVESTIGATION OUT FOR THE DEFECT ALSO DENIED ASSISTING THE CONTACT WITH THE CONTACT OF REPAIRS TO THE DEFECT.
