The vehicle manufacturer is not providing the required parts to the dealership to address this recall from early 2024. As it was dying I pumped the accelerator to see if it would go, latching a TPS out of range code. The condition has been brought to Hyundai Corporate and dealerships with no repair, and no resolution, they say it's fine. This is well documented by others driving Santa Fe Hybrids, and Tucson Hybrids on forums. No one fix has been established, with some dealerships replacing parts, and others no work being done because their scan tool sees nothing. With dozens of recalls for minor inconvenience issues, I do not understand why a recall for this drivability safety issue has not been mandated! These vehicles are defective, and potentially very dangerous. Loss of power, acceleration when others are behind you anticipating you to go, is a real serious danger, not to mention you being stranded in frigid weather. This began happening at 23k miles and continues today with 48k miles on mine. If the vehicle is shut off, then restarted, it is again drivable, until the next happening. One reason Hyundai, says nothing's wrong, and often blames the owners. It's a common theme that it's only the drivers side which indicates faulty wiring which could possibly lead to a fire sometime. Ours is now not functioning. It just stopped working yesterday and I started to investigate it on my own.

I had to drive one hour to work without being able to see how fast I was going, or how many miles. It was completely dark and this is a serious safety issue.

DTC codr P219E is is a known issue for this Vehicle. Cylinder issue. This is a world wide known issue and Mercedes benz in Canada has sent out email giving out warranty extension for M260 cylinder head but here in the US, there is no recall or warrant for this issue making customers spend over 7k for repairs. Kindly look into this

My car is at risk it has a powertrain and a w d failure when I am driving in the middle of the street or the expressway it stops in the middle of the expressway and loses power loses everything where me and my family could be at risk for a very serious accident leading to death in the middle of the highway or in the middle of the road as I am driving the car loses power and stops in the middle of
... the road. The manufacturer should be responsible for this because this is obviously something that needs to be fixed where it could be causing my death or my family's death while on the road. My car stops more than six times from the moment that I leave my house even as I am on the road it will literally stop 5 to 6 times losing power in the middle of the street that could cause a potential situation or deathly this needs to be fixed as soon as possible. New QX80 should be taken off the road. The Infotainment system is the central computer system to the car. Countless times where the system reboots WHILE DRIVING yielding electronics cluster (Speed control, Heads up Display, etc) blacked out. Upon "reboot", the stereo system is blaring loud, without ability to turn down volume, creating a dangerous driving environment. Only resolution, to date,

Other isntances where the car pneumatic suspension system - connected to said infotainment system - faults and creates the car to go up/down while driving. This is similar to a friend who has the same exact car, who's having the same exact issues. There is no resolution. This car NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OFF THE ROAD UNTIL INFINITI CAN PROVE STABLE COMPUTER FUNCTIONALITY. IT WILL CREATE ACCIDENTS/DEATH. This has happened numerous times. The contact owns a 2024 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact noticed liquid underneath the vehicle where the radiator system was located. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the radiator and coolant system had failed. The radiator and coolant were replaced. After having the repair completed, the contact had the vehicle inspected for the DMV admission test and the vehicle was reported
... as failed. The vehicle was returned to the dealer who could not find the cause of the failed test. The vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 18,000.Read more
