IN US LAW, ENDANGERING COMPRISES SEVERAL TYPES OF CRIMES INVOLVING CONDUCT THAT IS WRONGFUL AND RECKLESS OR WANTON, AND LIKELY TO PRODUCE DEATH OR GRIEVOUS BODILY HARM TO ANOTHER PERSON. WHILE DRIVING ON HIGHWAY FELT THE REAR OF DRIVER SEAT SLIDE INTO CENTER CONSOLE. ATTEMPTED TO READJUST SEAT AT WHICH TIME IT KEPT SLIDING TO CONSOLE. WHEN CHECKING FOR PROBLEM, ENTIRE REAR OF SEAT WAS LIFTED AND THE POWER SEAT UP/DOWN NOT FUNCTIONING. MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE. *TR
