WHILE A NORMAL SIZED PERSON WAS IN PASSENGER SEAT, AIR BAG LIGHT TURNED ON, THUS RENDERING AIR BAG OFF AND NON OPERATIONAL IF NEEDED IN A CRASH. ADDITIONALLY, IF A PERSON WAS SEATED IN THE CAR PASSENGER SEAT, GOT OUT OF CAR, AND THEN RETURNED TO SEAT, THE AIR BAG LIGHT WOULD TURN ON AND RENDER THE AIR BAG NON OPERATIONAL WHEN A NORMAL SIZED PERSON WAS SEATED IN THE PASSENGER SEAT. THE SERVICE MANAGER TOLD US THAT THEY MOVED THE SENSORS IN THE SEAT FOR THE JX35 AND THAT IS CAUSING THE PROBLEM. I SHOULD NOTE THAT WE ALSO TESTED A MERCEDES, LEXUS, CADILLAC AND BMW AND ALL OF THESE VEHICLES REGISTERED THAT MY WIFE WAS IN THE PASSENGER SEAT AND THE AIRBAG WAS OPERATIONAL.
