TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 INFINITI G35. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE CAM SENSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 82,000.

THE ENTIRE CONSOLE INCLUDING DEFROSTER ETC. WENT OUT. THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM AND A VOLUNTARY RECALL WAS ISSUED FOR SEDANS BUT NOT COUPES. HOWEVER, THE COUPE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM. IT IS THE FINISHER ELECTRICAL CARD WHICH FAILED AND APPARENTLY HAS BEEN FAILING CONSISTENTLY FOR THIS YEAR AND MODEL. INFINITI IS FORCING THEIR CUSTOMERS TO PAY FOR THIS ORIGINAL FLAW.
