When I expressed my frustration, the Service Advisor raised his voice, disclosed a personal health issue, and walked away. I was then told to wait for the Service Manager, who eventually arrived but gave dismissive and contradictory explanations. He claimed that no VW dealer orders recall parts before the customer arrives because they do not know the VIN or parts required. This is false—my VIN and recall number were known when the appointment was scheduled. The Service Manager’s tone suggested that performing the recall was a “favor” since I was not paying for it, which is unprofessional and misleading. Recall work is a federal safety requirement and VW dealers are compensated by the manufacturer. Colonial VW did not prepare for my scheduled appointment, wasted my time, treated me poorly, and failed to comply with the intent of the recall process. ... ation. Based on this assessment, I paid out of pocket for a wheel alignment and replacement tires. However, the condition of the removed front tires tells a different story. The tires show extreme treadwear down to the internal cords, a clear indication of prolonged misalignment or defective suspension geometry. This level of degradation is not consistent with normal wear and tear on a vehicle with fewer than 17,000 miles. It compromised steering control and posed a serious safety risk, making it difficult to maintain lane position and safe handling. I believe this issue may reflect a broader defect in alignment or suspension geometry that could affect other vehicles of the same make and model. I have attempted resolution through the dealership and Infiniti Consumer Affairs without success. It bogged down in the middle of both lanes, unable to exceed 13 mph, placing me in a highly dangerous position. After pulling over and leaving the vehicle off for 5 minutes, the issue temporarily resolved upon restart. 4) The vehicle is stored in a garage, and following the limp mode incident, I received repeated “door unlocked” notifications every 30 minutes from 2:30 AM to 5:30 AM, though the vehicle had not been accessed. These issues are of serious concern and appear comparable to conditions outlined in Recall #149 and Recall #236, both of which address similar malfunctions related to exterior lighting and powertrain performance. I called Kia Consumer Assistance in reference the MDPS flexible coupling. I spoke with a Kia representative named Gina. I specifically asked if this item is covered under my vehicles warranty (i gave the vin number of the vehicle to her. She stated if it was diagnosed as the MDPS flexible coupling, it would be covered. I made an appointment (it took two weeks) with Spitzer Kia at 3414 Brookpar
... k Rd, Cleveland, Ohio 44134. The service advisor, Belinda Frost, stated, yes the MDPS flexible coupling needs to be replaced. I gave the case number from Kia, #[XXX]. She looked and said it is not covered. I told her Gina from Kia consumer assistance stated it is covered. She called Kia, spoke with "Brad" who stated I would need to pay a $93.00 diagnostic charge (car was already diagnosed with the issue) and leave the car for 24 to 48 hours. During that time, they would make a determination if it is warrantied - I believe that other person's name was Robert - the regional manager. He would need to approve coverage for the MDPS flexible coupling. The diagnosis is to turn the steering wheel while the engine is off for play and a clunking sound, which takes 30 seconds and was already done. Also note this is a hazard as the car wanders due to additional play in the steering, sometimes has a notch, taking more effort to turn the wheel slightly plus makes a metal on metal sound when going over bumps. This $10.00 part, should be mandated to replace without a time limit. I was also told it was covered by warranty by Kia consumer after giving the serial number, and that was NOT honored by the dealership nor Kia consumer when the dealer ship called in my presents. A few weeks after I purchased a new 2019 Ridgeline I’ve noticed that brake pedal did not feel right. First what I noticed sometimes when I go to start the car the brake pedal is very hard, I have not experienced that with any other car. Then I noticed that when I’m on the light standing with the car running brake pedal sinks all the way to the bottom. Then I have to press the brake a few times

I took the car to a Honda Service on 6600 N Western in n Chicago back in 2019/2020 and they tested the car I’m not sure if they were able to reproduce same issues but they told me that the brake works fine. I got the car back, after I noticed when pressing brake there is a clicking sound coming from the brake pedal area not all the times sometimes, also noticed that sometimes it takes more pressure to apply to the brake in order for car to stop. At that time I looked online and I wasn’t able to find anybody reporting same issues. Now when I go online on Honda forums I see more people complaining about same or similar issues. I have a 2024 Nissan Rogue Platinum with a faulty infotainment system. The screen has not worked since the day I took delivery of the car, the dealership assured me only a simple update would be needed to fix the issue. I have been to the dealership over 5 times for this issues and have contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs multiple times, and yet I still have a faulty infotainment system. I am not sure why this is happening but I know I am not the only one. I was actually referred to fill out this for by someone else also having this issue. I purchased a new car for safety and reliability which have yet to see from this vehicle. Nissan keeps dismissing my concerns, they essentially told me the car is perfectly fine and functioning to standard. But, how can this be safe? I would be safer in a car from the 90's. Rear camera fails intermittently. Phone stopped connecting through BlueTooth. Tried different phone. Still won’t connect. Tried resetting to factory settings. Nothing. Blower fan only works on 1 speed. Changed blower motor and wiring harness. Still not working. Changed the ccm73. Still won’t work. I accidentally found what I thought was a recall on APIM but dealer says there is no recalls.

When the reboots happen, the screen goes black and key systems such as the backup camera, rear obstacle detection, and navigation, become unavailable until the reboot completes and the systems reload. The issue started in mid 2024 and the vehicle has been inspected by the Audi dealership (06/25), who verified the concern and attempted a factory reset (which did not solve the issue), and they continue to claim there's nothing they can do since their OBD scans return no fault codes, even though there are numerous TSBs (filed with NHTSA) that point to available software updates that should be applied to address infotainment-related issues. This appears to be a widespread issue based on the numerous reports found on user forums online, affecting the same model year vehicles (for multiple examples, refer to [XXX] ). It is also interesting that most of the users experiencing this issue, also report it starting around the same time and they all have similar software versions, and likely production dates. This should be considered a safety issue, as the reboots can happen in the middle of a reverse parking maneuver, and they render the backup camera and obstacle detection sensors completely inoperative until the system reloads. They also impact safety on the highway, as the reboots completely disable the navigation screens, and require multiple user input to restore, while driving. My wife was driving the vehicle and was pulling into a parking lot. The brakes failed and would not stop the vehicle. She pressed on the brakes very hard, multiple times, for several seconds, before the vehicle finally came to stop. They are telling me that they reset the codes and that the codes are not returning.
