... all was issued for this and all four tires were replaced and the alignment was adjusted to a "new standard" because it was determined that on this trim level, the original factory alignment was incorrect. This issue still hasn't been resolved as it is happening the exact same on the 2025 as it did on previous model years of the same trim. Toyota and dealership both refuse to even consider that this may be the same issue requiring a recall and replacement of tires and proper alignment. The most recent failure occurred at approximately 4:30 a.m. after leaving my music studio, necessitating another tow and a $50 Uber ride home. Eleven months ago, Kia of Lincolnwood replaced the knock sensor under a one-year recall warranty. Despite this, the engine issues persisted. This condition creates a serious safety risk because the sudden loss of propulsion reduces the vehicle’s ability to accelerate or maintain speed in traffic. This is especially dangerous when merging, crossing intersections, or driving at highway speeds, as it increases the risk of collision due to loss of power and reduced vehicle control. The vehicle has been evaluated by a Jeep dealership service department. The dealership has not provided a permanent repair, and the manufacturer recall affecting the hybrid system remains open and unresolved. The recall repair has not been performed, and the hybrid malfunction continues to occur. The vehicle has been inspected by dealership personnel, but the issue remains unresolved. The dealership indicated that replacing the 12-volt battery may help, but no definitive root cause has been identified, and the hybrid system malfunction continues. There were no battery warning lights prior to or during the failure. The primary symptom is the flashing “D” indicator and sudden decrease in RPMs, followed by temporary recovery. I have a 2022 Ford Maverick XL Hybrid and the system that failed is the rear lighting system, specifically the tail lamps, brake lamps, and rear turn signals. This appears to be related to the Body Control Module (BCM) software, which was the subject of Ford Recall 24S27 affecting many 2022–2024 Ford Mavericks. The failure began on my vehicle with the left rear tail lamp assembly (running light,
... brake light, and turn signal), and within approximately two minutes the right rear tail lamp assembly also stopped functioning. Since that time, the entire rear lighting system has been inoperative while driving. This issue creates an extremely serious safety hazard. While driving, my vehicle has no functioning rear running lights, brake lights, or turn signals. This means other drivers cannot see when I am braking, signaling a turn, or even driving at night. This significantly increases the risk of rear-end collisions or other traffic accidents, especially in low visibility conditions. I was unaware of the issue until visually noticing it when unlocking the vehicle, and there were no dashboard alerts to warn me prior to that either. Loveland Ford in Loveland, Colorado inspected the vehicle and confirmed that the rear lighting system is not functioning. However, instead of addressing the known Recall 24S27 Body Control Module software issue, they stated that LED bulbs were installed where halogen bulbs should be and issued an $816 estimate to replace the bulbs. I have never performed any aftermarket modifications, and the vehicle has only been serviced by Ford dealerships. The vehicle has been inspected by Loveland Ford, an authorized Ford dealership. Ford customer service confirmed that Recall 24S27 exists for this exact issue in many 2022–2024 Ford Mavericks but stated there is no record of my VIN receiving the recall remedy, which could mean the recall was never accomplished. No warning lamps, dashboard messages, or other alerts appeared prior to the failure.Read more

The results of the inspection indicated a failed crank shaft, hole from internal debris in the engine block, and the engine seized. This has resulted in a engine replacement. When asked, this has been an ongoing problem with the 2.7 engine yet there is no recall and the fix is to replace it with another 2.7 with no fix to the issues. This truck has received all required maintenance through Chevy dealerships and has no upgrades or changes from the manufacturer settings when purchased a year ago. What failed or malfunctioned: The fuel delivery system appears to lose pressure consistent with Recall 25S75, leading to engine stalling and temporary inability to restart. Safety risk: One stall occurred while driving on a highway on 9/30/23 at about 15,000 miles. The engine lost power without warning and I had to coast to a gas station. Sudden loss of propulsion in traffic creates a serious crash risk. Other stalls happened in driveways or parking lots after the vehicle had been running. In several cases the vehicle would not restart for 20–60 minutes, which could be dangerous if it occurred in traffic or an unsafe location. Reproduction or dealer confirmation: Two incidents required towing to Ford dealerships. The vehicle has been taken to Ford dealers multiple times. Earlier incidents were not linked to a recall at the time. Now that Recall 25S75 has been issued, the symptoms match. Ford has not repaired it because the remedy is still under development and parts are unavailable. Inspections: The vehicle has been inspected by Ford dealerships and towed twice by AAA for diagnosis. No permanent fix has been made because the recall remedy is not yet available. Warnings or symptoms: Stalls often occurred after the vehicle had been running. The vehicle then would not restart for 20–60 minutes. In one event there were dashboard errors. There was not always a clear warning before a stall. My 2023 Silverado 1500 6.2L ZR2 AEV with 17,500 miles went into the shop for the L87 Loss of Propulsion recall, on 20 OCT 2025. The dealership didnt contact me for 2 weeks, so I called. They than told me my truck failed the pico test and needed a new engine. I also asked for my leaf springs to be looked at under tsb for excessive noise. ... the radio fix (my speakers crackle when I talk to people on bluetooth). They had my truck from 20 OCT 2026 until 27 JAN 2026 for a total of 99 days straight. No loaner was available. I had to call GM customer service every week for subpar updates from the dealership. Im active duty army so not having my pov to report to work was very stressful. When I got my truck back, it was covered in dirt, oil on the exterior paint and inside the engine bay. The dealership didnt update my truck as requested and didnt touch my leaf springs at all. They said it would take 5-7 weeks to get new ones, but I needed my vehicle back which is anitated on the work order. Thr parts were all delivered 45 days after it sat there and my truck wasn't worked on until day 94 as advised by the service advisor, as the mechanic would get to it after his next vehicle. I asked how is my truck not priority sitting there for 93 days at the time. GM customer service has submitted my vehicle payment reimbursement as I paid 4 payments while having no vehicle or loaner. $44 a day for a rental at my duty station would cost me considerable amount of my own money to cover the rest and would not be a similar vehicle to my truck, as ot would be a small car. JN Chevrolet in Honolulu did not communicate when it failed the test for 14 days, I had to call them, they gave zero updates for 2 months, I had to call GM customer service. I only received 4 calls in total from the dealership when I asked to speak to the manager. (Who never called me back). The timing belt was confirmed to be intact. The shop advised that the engine requires replacement. A dealer diagnostic is pending or in progress. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by manufacturer, police, insurance, or others: The vehicle has been inspected by an independent repair facility. It has also been presented to a Honda dealership for diagnostic evaluation. The manufacturer has not yet physically inspected the vehicle. My car Vibrates drastically, can see it while im looking at the engine. I can feel it in the car from the floor all way up to my steering wheel. It can be made available for an inspection upon request. Im worried parts may break apart or engine fall out. I had a private mechanic look at it amd he verified the drastic vibration of the whole engine block. Only checked over by my private mechanic. I'

The ABS control module has failed. Anti-lock brake and stability management systems, in addition to vehicle descent control are malfunctioning. This renders the vehicle extremely unstable and difficult to drive. Stellantis is aware of the problem and reports no replacement parts are available and has not issued a recall. The vehicle has low milage and has never been in an accident.

Front camera appears to have gone out in 2025. All safety features inoperable and constant flashing of warnings making it impossible to determine if anything is actually wrong. Collision mitigation failure, blind spot failure, transmission failure, brake system failure, blind spot. Those control etc. Honda has confirmed its issue with front camera.

Despite full compliance, no clear corrective action was taken. •2024–Present: Vehicle brought to Hyundai on US 19 in New Port Richey approximately 13–15 times for engine-related concerns. Each visit demonstrated neglect, miscommunication, and failure to properly address documented issues. •February 11, 2026: After proper diagnostics, vehicle found to have two additional oil leaks, including a head gasket and valve cover requiring replacement, with total estimated repair costs exceeding $3,000.
