The hydraulic lifts for the tailgate are failing. They crack open and the pressurized spring can be ejected while driving. Per multiple Palisade forms this seems to be come and most state that their dealer said it was a known problem. I purchased the car brand new March 2023. I noticed the front driver headlight fogs and has condensation in cool weather. I mentioned to the Dealership and they said it was a known issue but no fix for it. The light was sealed properly. This has been on going since 2023. The condensation has gotten worse and is a safety visability issue.

The vehicle was inspected by the manufacturer. The dealership did not allow to pick up the car from their parking lot. The manufacturer refuses to pay for the car or other expensives caused by this recall.

The horn on my car has completely stopped working. We have checked the fuses, but that is not the issue. A "Google" search reveals that this is a common, and known, issue and happens to the 2023 trim models; not just the Elantra, but others as well.

This is the 3rd time that my 2yr old Tuscon failed and had to be towed in a 4 month period. I was at a light and when it turned green, the vehicle barely moved when I pressed on the accelerator. I was only able to drive a few feet and pulled over and had to have it towed again. They are only replacing the fuel injectors as they fail!!

Rearview cameras are unusable due to high brightness and contrast issues. Seems same problem possibly as recent recall even though not in same model years. Hyundai dealership has been unable to resolve since November 6 and as recall highlights "increasing the risk of injury.." My complaint is the dealership that said had completed the recall on my brake systems according to both your and state records was not completed. They gave me a service notice stating the work was done. Since then the braked have continued to act up and the vehicle as a strange acceleration problem. Under 40,000 took vehicle in to check because of hesitation when accelerating. They checked and could not duplicate issue so sent me on my way. Reached 70,000 and hesitation is worse. Getting and merging on highway, turning from stop, and feels like it’s going to stall when going up inclines. No incident yet just notifying maybe something wrong with other peoples.
