Additionally, the contact stated that while driving at a moderate rate of speed, another Waymo vehicle stopped far beyond the stop sign line and was in the contact's lane. At Hyundai’s request, I towed the vehicle to AutoNation Hyundai Valencia for diagnostic evaluation. The dealership diagnosed the issue as error code P0A78, indicating a transmission failure. Hyundai Corporate offered to cover 60% of the repair cost, leaving me responsible for the remaining 40%—an amount that exceeds the current value of the vehicle. This proposed resolution is not reasonable considering the severity of the safety risk and the vehicle’s low mileage. My primary concern is that this is an extremely dangerous defect, as the vehicle loses all power without warning, leaving the driver unable to move the car to a safe location. Requested Actions: A formal investigation into the safety and reliability of Hyundai’s hybrid systems, specifically in 2014 Sonata Hybrid vehicles. A determination of whether this defect qualifies under Hyundai’s warranty or federal safety defect regulations. At around 26,528 miles my 2022 CX-30 2.5s (not the turbo) developed a "Low Oil Pressure" warning while driving between 55-65mph on 07/06/2025. The car has had regular oil and filter changes about every 5K miles. The last oil and filter change was at 25,259 mileage on 05/25/2025. There aren't any visible oil leaks. I have read that this is a common problem for other Mazda CX-30 years 2021- 2022.

I changed the tire and was able to complete my trip. This could have caused a serious problem with a very serious accident. Fortunately, no one was injured. There were no warning that this might happen. I have sent pictures of the damage to my truck to the insurance company. I bought my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder 4x4 sv a couple months ago and it’s always had when starting where the RPMS will constantly jump while driving, I took the car in to Nissan dealership in Tridelphia wv multiple times, after buying to have recalls done that needed to be done and they said it was fine no previous codes or anything. I could have been hit from the back if I did not successfully pull to over to the side of the freeway. I slowly drove it to a safe place and had my car towed to the Nissan dealership. It is still only about 1-2 seconds of released brake pressure, but again is terrifying when behind the wheel and expecting your vehicle to continue to brake as normal while foot is on the pedal. The brake pedal does not depress further or move from its position when braking. While driving on May 10, 2025, with Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC) and Lane Trace Assist (LTA) active, my 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid unexpectedly veered off the road during a curve. I immediately applied full brake pressure, but the vehicle failed to decelerate and continued rolling 600–800 feet. ... esigned. After the incident, the car displayed warnings: Brake System Malfunction, Smart Stop Malfunction, Electronically Controlled Brake System Failure, and Low Brake Fluid. No warning lights appeared prior to the incident. My safety was severely at risk as the vehicle left the roadway and struck rocks and brush. Had another car or pedestrian been present, this could have caused serious injury or death. Toyota’s Product Liability Team and a contracted engineering analyst inspected the vehicle and retrieved Event Data Recorder logs showing 100% brake pedal application with inadequate deceleration. Toyota confirmed the brake master cylinder was low and the left rear caliper was leaking fluid but denied responsibility, citing system limitations. The vehicle was declared a total loss by my insurance company (Progressive) and inspected by an authorized body shop. I have extensive documentation, including Toyota’s denial letter and the diagnostic report, which are available for review. I am reporting this defect because I believe a safety-critical failure occurred and the braking system did not function as intended. ... at upon starting the vehicle and allowing the engine to warm up, the contact attempted to buckle the seat belt and heard a loud pop and the seat belt started to retract with the contacts left arm in the seat belt harness. The contact stated that the Air Bags/SRS warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed, and the contact was informed that the seat belt retractor was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
