There is a really bad rattling noise that comes from the dash. The dash at the windshield you can push down very easily. Whem driving on rough road the ratteling noise is very loud and distracting. During daylight driving you get a very bad glare from the dash board in the windsheild. I havent found a dash mat yet to fox the problem temporarily but some people have mentioned trying felt.

Safety Consequence (The Critical Issue): This issue appears to be a systemic defect, as numerous other owners have reported the exact same pattern of frequent false warnings on online owner forums and social media groups. E.g. [XXX] , [XXX] The false warnings create an unreasonable risk to safety in two ways: Driver Distraction: The constant, intrusive, and erroneous auditory and visual warnings are a direct and severe driver distraction. The driver is forced to look away from the road to confirm the system status, check the camera light, or physically gesture to the camera, which is counterproductive to safe driving. Warning Desensitization: The high frequency of false alarms leads to the driver becoming desensitized to the warning chimes. This creates a severe risk that the driver will ignore or dismiss a future legitimate warning from the Forward Attention Warning or other critical safety systems, potentially resulting in a collision. Request for Action: I am filing this complaint to urge NHTSA to investigate this pattern of false warnings in the Hyundai Ioniq 5's DAMS/FAW system as a safety-related defect. Mercedes-Benz offers an extended warranty, effectively a 20-year/unlimited mileage coverage, for the rear subframe due to corrosion with perforation, covering specific model years my vehicles make and model are included. I’m having the issues they claim free repair for.

The 2024 Ram 1500 3.6L V6 E-Torque engine stalls at low speeds. Without warning the engine shuts off and the emergency brake automatically engages, when the truck comes to a stop it shifts into park, and I have to restart the truck. Fortunately this has only happened in parking lots at speeds of around 5mph. This has happened twice so far. The battery voltage dropped from 13.8 volts to 12.2 volts

Car cannot connect to internet so many functions are failing. Safety issue is the Emergency Response is non functional so in an accident cannot call emergency responders. Warranty service for this issue is refused, VW will not replace inoperative modules. Many other non-safety issue are effective including recognizing key for using car, GPS, etc.

The defect manifests regularly, causing a Cylinder 2 Misfire (P0302) and making the engine run very rough with a sudden and severe loss of power. This creates a direct rear-end crash risk due to the inability to maintain a safe operating speed. More dangerously, when the misfire occurs, the vehicle instantly disables critical driver assistance systems—Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and Lane Keep Assist (LKAS)—without any advanced warning. This malfunction is an unreasonable safety risk: CRASH HAZARD: The unprompted power loss and concurrent disabling of safety features create an immediate, dangerous situation. FIRE HAZARD: The persistent misfire strongly suggests a failed or stuck-open fuel injector, which causes fuel dilution of the engine oil. This contamination can lead to engine failure or, critically, a fuel leak onto hot engine components that poses an extreme fire risk. I urge NHTSA to investigate why this defect persists and to mandate a comprehensive recall to protect the public from this ongoing, life-threatening safety risk. ... er distracting the driver from looking at the road....This potentially would cause a following vehicle, or a vehicle in an adjacent lane to make a defensive maneuver, or to have to brake abruptly, as one example...basically NOT SAFE) Adjusting the steering column to a safe driving position for me (the eye sensor is located on top of the steering column) also caused this system to turn off the cruise control and lane keeping systems constantly, causing me to have to raise it to an uncomfortable driving position. Also, related to this, the HVAC controls have very dim indicator lights to let the the driver know the fan speed or status of the A/C, making it very hard for the driver to see it and make quick changes before the STUPID eye sensor (Forward Attention Monitor or Driver Attention Monitor) cuts off the other safety features. I wear NON polarized sunglasses to be able drive safely in the very bright Arizona sun, and to see the HUD which is impossible to read if wearing polarized sunglasses. I have worn sunglasses while driving for over 50 years. This 2025 Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid is the first car that has this very overly sensitive driver attention warning system and IF it is not adjusted quickly will cause me to sell this otherwise excellent vehicle at a great financial loss. My hope is that it can be adjusted with a software update or physical parts update, before this causes an very unfortunate vehicle accident. It makes driving this vehicle extremely unsafe.
