Driving towards direct light/sunlight is damn near impossible with this vehicle die to the extreme amount of glare from the dashboard. It makes me worried especially now that summer is approaching, feels like it can be catastrophic. Rear brake assist is horrible on more than one occasion the car will stop as if it has just been hit by a semi. Leaving the vehicle unable to proceed in reverse(one

I took my vehicle to a land rover dealership based upon 2 service bulletins issued by the manufacturer N768, sfcc_apr2022_17 and NHTSA item number 10211119. The Land Rover dealership refused to service the vehicle for those bulletins. I have a heart condition with 20% ejection factor. Since the telematics do not work in the event of a medical emergency my vehicle cannot be located for first respon

The dealer and manufacturer are not flashing or upgrading the telematics to modern standards which can be done easily by installing new software and/or changing out the telematics unit for 4G/5G compatible units and/or reprogrmming older units. As a result drivers with medical conditions are being put at risk if a medical emergency arises because the car cannot communicate to first responders as to its location to help an incapacitated driver.Read more

The vacuum pump has been recalled on same year, make and model vehicle, yet my particular VIN is falling to the wayside. IT HAS A VACUUM PUMP issue, causing the brakes to malfunction at slower rates of speed. A "computer programming recall" was applied to my VIN however it is the ACTUAL Vacuum pump that is the problem. This should have been covered in all year, make and models. BRAKES ARE IMPOR

Car can cut off and cause catastrophic damages. I only drive 3 miles to my job daily so I don't know if it'll happen again until this weekend when I travel to Florida. I've had Dealership to replace the antenna when I first got the vehicle because radio wasn't working. I constantly hear a clicking sound when the air is on. Dealership states they don't hear it. This complaint is based on four separate safety recalls affecting my vehicle — Recalls 56C, 68C (NHTSA Campaign No. 25V-741), 21D (NHTSA Campaign No. 26V-363) and 78C (NHTSA Campaign No. 25V-766) — which collectively demonstrate a pattern of serious, unresolved manufacturing defects involving both the high-voltage battery system and the gasoline engine. Stellantis has materially and permanentl
... y diminished my vehicle's performance and value through undisclosed recall remedies, left my vehicle subject to dual fire risks with no complete remedy available as none of the recalls actually made any functional repairs but rather reduced the risk to Stellantis, and subjected my engine to a potential catastrophic sand contamination defect for which the recall did not actually repair along with additional wear and tear on the combustion engine beyond the original design specifications of the vehicle. Perhaps no single fact better illustrates the magnitude of what Stellantis has taken from me than this: post-68C, my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe — purchased at a significant price premium over standard Wrangler models specifically for its hybrid efficiency — now achieves no better real-world fuel economy in charged or depleted mode than the base 3.6L V6 Wrangler that costs thousands of dollars less. The EPA-rated combined gas-only MPG figures for the 2024 Wrangler lineup are as follows: •3.6L V6 (automatic, four-door): EPA-rated 19 MPG combined (17 city / 23 highway); •3.6L V6 with eTorque (automatic, four-door): EPA-rated 19–20 MPG combined; •2.0L Turbo (four-door): EPA-rated 20–21 MPG combined; •4xe PHEV (charge-depleted, gas only): EPA-rated 20 MPG combined — now further reduced by the 68C software restriction. All of which came at an $8-12K premium due to the PHEV vs. a standard V6 engine.Read more

If this recall was open since January, known to the dealership, and aware that it was not fixed, how can they sell a brand new vehicle with an open safety recall. The recall was rectified by the dealership on xxxbut illegally sold me the car on xxx with the open recall. I would like somebody to contact the dealership and rectify the situation so they are not selling brand new cars with open safety recalls to other patrons. They openly admitted they couldn't list the car as sold through Ford until the recall was complete. I'm assuming because they sold a new car with an open recall. The sales manager was dismissive and then started telling me how much he was gonna have to put into my trade for them to sell it. The Around View Monitor (AVM) system failed. The rear backup camera image no longer functions properly due to a failed AVM control unit. The vehicle is a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum equipped with Nissan’s camera-based surround view and backup camera system. The vehicle has been diagnosed by an authorized Nissan dealership, and the failed component remains installed in the vehicle and is avai
... lable for inspection. The failure disabled the vehicle’s backup camera and related camera-based visibility systems. This significantly reduces rearward visibility while backing up and increases the risk of striking pedestrians, children, pets, vehicles, or objects that may not be visible through mirrors alone. Drivers have come to rely on the backup camera system as an important safety feature, and its sudden failure creates a safety hazard during parking and low-speed maneuvers. The problem was diagnosed and confirmed by an authorized Nissan dealership. The dealership determined that the Around View Monitor (AVM) control unit had failed and advised that the module requires replacement. The vehicle has not been inspected by police or insurance representatives. Nissan corporate has not yet physically inspected the vehicle to my knowledge. The backup camera system functioned normally until it suddenly stopped working. There were no warning lights, messages, prior malfunctions, collisions, or damage that would have indicated a problem. The failure occurred without warning. I purchased this 2023 Nissan Pathfinder only one month ago, and the AVM system suddenly failed after just a few weeks of ownership. The dealership diagnosed a failed AVM control unit and quoted approximately $3,400 ($2800 parts and $600 labor) for repair. A critical rear-visibility safety system should not fail unexpectedly in a vehicle this new. The repair cost is prohibitive, leaving us owners without an important safety feature. Nissan should investigate and assist affected owners.Read more

... e because no diagnostic trouble codes are being generated. There is a safety and engineering concern that the continuous reprogramming of the PCM & BCM has altered the vehicle’s operations outside of its initial factory design parameters. The vehicle has suffered an immediate drop in performance and fuel economy. In June 2026, I received another notification about Recall 25S76, not being completed yet by Sam Leman Ford. After several attempts to reach someone, I called an authorized secondary Ford dealership, Heller in Bloomington, who pulled the VIN data and stated they could not verify if the 25S76 recall was properly completed by the original servicing dealer. It seems as if there is a tracking failure on the manufacturer's side. While she stated there were notes by a service tech for mobile repair, the fact that I got another notification about the same recall’s intermediate repair not being completed, that signified to her it may not have been. Heller Ford stated the only way to know, is to attempt a 4th PCM reprogramming. If the manufacturer rejects the warranty reimbursement, the cost of the diagnostic labor hours will be billed to me. Consumers should not be held financially responsible for verifying faulty manufacturer documentation, nor should software patches be used as a substitute for replacing a physically defective, fire-prone component. By allowing the manufacturer to alter the vehicle's electrical and powertrain architecture rather than mandating a hardware replacement, consumers are left driving vehicles with degraded performance and an active hazards.Read more

... as been elevated in temperature for an extended period and subsides once cooled. The issue predominantly affects right-hand turns and lane changes. The affected component is the turn signal stalk switch pack (multifunction switch), available for inspection. Diagnostic scanning confirmed DTC B124C stored in the SCCM. Based on my research this code indicates a Turn Indicator Stalk Switch Pack fault. The safety risk is threefold: first, a stalk that does not self-cancel sends false signals to other drivers. Second, manually forcing the stalk back to center diverts driver attention from vehicle control. Third, when the stalk releases under applied force it does so suddenly and without warning, and if the driver's hand is on the steering wheel this can cause an involuntary steering input, risking unintended lane departure at highway speeds. I am the second owner, having purchased from a dealership at approximately 60,000 miles. The defect was present at purchase and has worsened progressively to approximately 76,000 miles. Component or System: The brake system, specifically what appears to be a false ABS activation or IEB (Integrated Electronic Brake) system malfunction. The component is available for inspection upon request. Safety Risk: While braking at speeds between 25-40 mph, typically on dry pavement and more frequently on downhill grades, the brake pedal exhibits a chugging sensation, erratic stopping behavio
... r, and pedal softening consistent with unintended ABS activation or IEB malfunction. This occurs on dry roads where ABS activation is neither warranted nor expected, creating unpredictable braking response and extended stopping distances. The defect has occurred 24 documented times since [XXX], and existed prior to that date. Dealer Confirmation: Yes. During a ride-along at Edmond Hyundai on [XXX], a technician directly witnessed and confirmed the occurrence. Despite this confirmation, it was not documented on the repair order. Two prior repair attempts returned cannot-reproduce results: March 2, 2026 at Bob Howard Hyundai and March 10, 2026 at Edmond Hyundai. Additional Repair/Inspection Attempts: On April 7, 2026, Norman Hyundai opened and closed a repair order without the consumer's knowledge and refused to provide a copy despite an explicit request. On May 23, 2026, a scheduled appointment at Bob Howard Hyundai was missed; a reschedule request was subsequently ignored by the dealership. HMA Case No. [XXX] is active. Warning Lamps or Prior Symptoms: No warning lamps have illuminated. The defect presents exclusively as a physical sensation—pedal/brake chugging, softening, and erratic stopping during normal dry-pavement braking. The issue has been present since delivery on [XXX]. The vehicle started roughly, shut off within about 3 seconds, would not stay running, and emitted a plastic/electrical burning smell from that area. The vehicle is currently at Oxe
... ndale Jeep in Cottonwood, AZ and is available for inspection upon request. A photo of the damage from service advisor Jason Smith and a dealer pre-service inspection document are also available. HOW SAFETY WAS PUT AT RISK: The vehicle would not run and stranded me in an unfamiliar parking lot in Jerome, AZ. The electrical burning smell created a fire risk. A responding firefighter, a police officer, and online guidance all advised not to restart the vehicle due to the danger of fire. REPRODUCED/CONFIRMED BY DEALER: Not fully. Oxendale's pre-service inspection states they could not perform actual diagnostics due to the mechanical damage and burnt components. The dealer documented the damage but has not reproduced or confirmed a root cause. INSPECTED BY MANUFACTURER, POLICE, INSURANCE, OR OTHERS: A local firefighter and a local police officer observed the burning smell at the scene. The jeep dealership service advisor inspected and documented the damage. The vehicle has not been inspected by the manufacturer or an insurance representative. WARNING LAMPS/MESSAGES/SYMPTOMS BEFORE FAILURE: No prior warning lamps or messages before the incident. Symptoms first appeared at the time of failure on Friday, [XXX]: a rough start, immediate shut-off, and an electrical/plastic burning smell. Dash lights and electrical power stayed on with info on dash don’t remember wording, but the vehicle would not remain running. I was driving down a regular road by my house, full sunshine, perfect road, nothing unusual. In fact, it was such a nice day, the sunroof was open and windows were down. My dog was in the back seat after just being picked up from grooming happily enjoying the day with his head out the window. I was on a road with the speed limit of 30. I was going 30 mph. Nothing unusual. Literally, out of nowhere
... , like my car was possessed, is the best way I put it, my car abruptly braked in an attempt to stop on a dime. My car screeched to a stop while simultaneously my windows rolled up, my sunroof closed and my seat belt tightened, locking me in place. My dog was thrown forward. It was terrifying! Luckily, no one was behind me or they would have certainly rear-ended me. Nothing was in the road. Absolutely nothing. It happened so quickly in a split second. I put my hazards on and finished the next 2 miles home. I called Audi for a service appointment. I took my car in, again going down back roads with my hazards on. Audi charged me $400 to run a diagnostic report and shows there is a fault code J428. This fault code I researched is for the front/right ACC radar sensor that powers Adaptative Cruise control and Pre-Sense braking system. The fault code erroneously detected an obstacle and did abrupt braking. Audi told me that they would charge me $4,000 to fix it. I contested that as a safety issue it should be fixed as there is also Audi TSB2063502 referencing problems. This is a major safety issue as if I was going 70 MPH, I could cause a massive accident where I could be killed, anyone in my car, as well as others behind me in a massive car pile up. I feel ethically, this must be a safety recall to replace this fault in all vehicles. I am also requesting payment to fix from Audi. As an attorney (#[XXX]), Audi is under notice that they have a major safety defect on their hands and should take steps to protect drivers safety. Thank you. Since November 2025, this vehicle has experienced repeated loss of power, severe shaking during acceleration, jerking between gear shifts, abnormal humming/grinding noises, and multiple check engine light events. The condition is most noticeable between approximately 40-70 mph and has repeatedly occurred while driving on highways. On multiple occasions, the vehicle struggled to accelerate properly
... and would not respond normally to throttle input. During one occurrence, the vehicle had difficulty accelerating beyond approximately 55 mph while on the expressway. The shaking became severe enough that I feared mechanical failure could occur while driving. I was forced to pull off to the shoulder of the highway because I no longer felt it was safe. The inability to maintain speed and accelerate normally created a safety risk for both myself and surrounding traffic. The vehicle has been returned to the dealership six times for the same recurring issue. Repairs have included replacement of the ECU, catalytic converter, ignition components, fuel injectors, and other engine related components. Despite these repairs, the problem continues to return. The condition has been repoduced and documented by the dealership, and a manufacturer field technician was involved in the most recent diagnosis process. Most recently, after the vehicle was inspected and believed to be repaired, the check engine light illuminated again while the service manager was moving my vehicle to be washed inside of their garage, as I waited (today, June 11th 2026). The recurring loss of power, repeated check engine light events, and inability to permanently correct the defect raise significant safety concerns while operating the vehicle. I have all documentation in my notes, as well as the dealership repair documents.Read more

I would like to create a complaint because my 2023 Toyota Sequoia is not included in the NHTSA recall #25V767 for the V35A 3.4L i Force Max twin turbo V6 hybrid. My Sequoia was manufactured on the same production line as engines that have been recalled for engine debris in the Tundra trucks and Sequoia's. Toyota's reasoning for not including my hybrid vehicle is it's not a safety concern as the hy
