I have videos of this for my records, and I did report this directly to Honda, but they indicated there is no recall for the infotainment system, I previously had a 2021 Odysessy and there was a recall for soemthing very similar, not sure why they would continue to use the same system in the newer vechiles, clearly something is wrong here, so I am documenting this for my records, but I believe Honda needs to step in and correct this issue before other electrical problems occur and someone gets injuredRead more

The CV joints began clicking when turning at low speed and were repaired under warranty by the dealer. Dealer warned this is happening with lots of Prologues and might recur. Now approaching 7000 miles and the problem is occurring again, requiring further service. It doesn't appear that the replacement/fix is actually better, so the problem just keeps happening.

I even took it to an independent shop and he also confirmed the injectors are bad. The first time it happened was in December & I got a flashing check engine light, but after that the light didn’t appear. Until 12-31-2025 the check engine light fully came on. Prior to the failure there were no warning lights. If Honda knows there is a known problem on the fuel injectors why don’t they have a recall. It put mine & the lives of others in danger. This occurs frequently at stoplights, stop signs, in traffic or any time the vehicle idles down. It is not something that should be happening to a loyal costumer that has purchased a vehicle without having the option to get parts (as per American Honda they are not out of stock and they are manufacturing but they are just not available for distibution).In cases like this parts should be available to be replaced in cases of an emergency, let alone a safety part like an airbag.Read more

My vehicle started having issues with misfires approximately 2 years after I bought it in January 2020. I bought it new from the dealership in Salinas California. I took it to Morgan hill Honda for repairs. It’s had 2 misfires and I took it in for a Fuel pump recall. About 2 weeks later all my lights in my dash come on. Vehicle lags in acceleration from a slow rolling start, at random times. There is a clear 1-2 second lag in the acceleration, then a sudden harsh shift into gear. Mostly happens during turns, and if traffic is present, may cause an accident. Also when traveling at low speeds 20-35 mph, there is a transmission jutter. Our vehicle experienced total transmission failure with no warning while I was driving on a narrow country road.
