Multiple problems flashing. Including CMBS problem, Lane keeping assist problem, road departure warning, adaptive cruise control problem. The car also did an unexpected slow down while driving when there was no obstruction in front of me driving. This was a major safety issue as I could have been rear-ended.

Almost every day since new the vehicle will alarm 'brake' on dash while driving on 2 lane back roads that have some slight curves (these are all around our house). At least once a month the car will automatically apply the brakes while coming around a curve or over a blind hill. The 2025 Honda Prologue is 7 months old with 5424 miles has a clicking sound when you turn all the way left or all the way right. It is a defective design part that will continue to get worse until the vehicle will become undrivable. Honda Corporation is aware of the problem as the 2024 Prologue has the same issue.

Loud static noise coming from speakers even when audio is turned off. Consistent with bluetooth radio or radio off it is terribly loud and dangerous to be driving with. Think its a head unit issue please need a factory recall

Water is pooling in trunk of van. There appears to be a failed body weld or seam sealant in the trunk area. Vehicle has not been in any incidents since purchased new. Spoke to a service adviser for Honda and they indicated a seam sealant may have failed as well. Have searched internet and found this is occurring frequently with this model.
