BOTH MIRRORS HAVE FATIGUE FRACTURED AND FALLEN OFF. THE DEALER HAS REPLACED THE MIRRORS WITH ONES IDENTICAL TO THE FAILED MIRRORS. THE RIGHT SIDE MIRROR FELL OFF AT 5000 MILES AND THE LEFT ONE AT 6000 MILES. MY FEAR IS THAT THIS ENGINE VIBRATION CAUSED FATIGUE WILL AGAIN FRACTURE THE REPLACEMENT MIRROR STEMS WHICH ARE IDENTICAL TO THE PREVIOUSLY FAILED ONES.

I HAVE HEARD THE REAR CAMSHAFT ON THE TWIN CAM ENGINE IS WEAK. AND THAT TOO MUCH POWER WILL CAUSE IT TO BREAK,CAUSING THE ENGINE TO STOP RUNNING. POSSIBLY PLACUING THE OPERATOR IN A TRAFFIC SAFETY SITUATION. UPON CONTACTING, I WAS TOLD THIS WAS A PROBLEM, BUT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO RECALL IT.
