Truck alerts will not "shut up." "HOLD STEERING WHEEL ! PAY ATTENTION ! all while I am holding the steering wheel / paying attention. Turning the wheel (from edge of lane to edge of lane) won't stop it. Accelerating didn't stop it. Then truck taps brakes hard, then puts on flashers, then slows down to ZERO mph. Doesn't matter if you have a "Blue Cruise" subscription or not. Get the bogus
... alerts either way. The Blue Cruise v1.2 is horrible. The local Ford dealer owner and the service manager have had the EXACT same issue in other vehicles (and my truck). One suggestion was to "just turn off the tech" (the safety features I paid for and want) so I don't get the alerts. That's not a "fix." Some people are putting ankle weights on their wheel to stop the alerts. This is a widely known issue. I have asked to speak with a Ford "corporate engineer" on this. DENIED. Send separate certified letters to the CEOs of both Ford and Lincoln about this. Response? NO RESPONSE. Local dealer has helped as much as they could. They recognize the issues, can replicate the issues, but say they have no fix for it. It's also same issue on 2025 Lincoln Aviator (have a friend with same complaints) and the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus (my wife bought one...same issues, Lincoln dealer, same owner as my local Ford dealer, could not fix, and Lincoln bought it back). The rear backup camera on my 2019 Ford Mustang intermittently stops working. At times the screen shows a blue screen or displays a “backup camera not available” message. The problem appears to be electrical and is not consistently functioning.

I own a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe that I purchased in September of 2024 from Charlie's Jeep in Augusta as a used car with just under 5,000 miles. Now it has about 11,888 miles and has been un-driveable since December 1 due to unresolved safety recalls. The car is a certified used Jeep and is under warranty and has two current major safety recalls, one of which does not have a solution and a fix. The
... first recall is for a faulty hybrid battery that can catch on fire, and the second recall is for residual sand left in the engine, which can cause a sudden loss of propulsion and/or fire. This sand can migrate to other parts of the car, so an engine replacement would not be a complete fix. Currently, the car has a "Do Not Drive" recommendation from Jeep and as a result, it has been sitting at the dealer since December 1, 2025. Because of the recalls, the value and safety of the car is very much depreciated. I have tried to work with Jeep and the dealer on a reasonable solution to no avail.Read more

I am the original owner of a 2025 Hyundai Sonata purchased new in 2025. The vehicle currently has fewer than 4,000 miles on the odometer. Since early in my ownership, I have experienced a persistent and recurring squealing noise that occurs specifically when releasing the brake pedal after a short stop, and when transitioning from braking to acceleration. This is not an intermittent or weather/hum
... idity-related issue. The noise has been consistent and ongoing throughout my ownership and has not resolved on its own--I was thinking it might since new cars take some time to adjust. At under 4,000 miles, brake components on this vehicle should be essentially new. Brake pads are engineered to last between 30,000 and 70,000 miles under normal driving conditions. A persistent brake noise at this mileage cannot reasonably be attributed to normal wear and tear and is indicative of a manufacturing defect, defective OEM brake pad compound, or a sticking/dragging brake caliper that fails to fully release after braking. I note that NHTSA has previously investigated Hyundai Sonata brake behavior, including a technical bulletin concerning rear brake pads remaining in contact with rotors after a diagnostic self-check cycle, causing a dragging condition in the next drive cycle. My symptoms are consistent with this type of brake drag behavior. Multiple Hyundai Sonata owners have documented the same persistent squeal-on-release pattern on Hyundai owner forums, with some reporting the issue beginning within the first year of new vehicle ownership and dealers being unable to diagnose or resolve it. I have formally reported this issue to Hyundai Motor America Consumer Affairs prior to filing this complaint and have requested warranty coverage. I am filing this complaint to create an official federal record of this defect and to contribute to any pattern investigation NHTSA may conduct on 2025 Hyundai Sonata brake systems.Read more

In mid-2024, I was notified of a recall (23S64 / 23V905) involving the engine oil pump belt. When I attempted to schedule repairs, I was told parts were not available. I was instructed to watch for loss of oil pressure and speed and to pull over immediately if it occurred. In January 2025, my vehicle lost oil pressure and speed while driving. I pulled over and had it towed. Ford directed me to a
... dealer, but multiple dealers within 200 miles said parts would not be available until March 2025. I brought my vehicle to a Ford dealer in [XXX] in March 2025. It remained there over 7 months until October 17, 2025. I was told parts were unavailable, and instead of fixing the defect, the engine was replaced with another engine subject to the same recall. Shortly after, the vehicle broke down again due to issues related to the repair. I later received another recall notice and returned the vehicle on February 25, 2026. As of March 23, 2026, the dealer still has my vehicle and cannot complete repairs due to lack of parts. This recall causes sudden loss of oil pressure and engine power, creating a serious safety risk. Ford has not provided a timely or effective remedy. Subject: Formal Demand for Investigation – Fuel Tank Capacity Discrepancy Vehicle: 2021 Jaguar F-PACE VIN: SADCJ2EX9MA669268 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally request an immediate investigation into a significant discrepancy affecting my 2021 Jaguar F-PACE regarding its fuel tank capacity and driving range, which appear to fall substantially below the specifications published by
... Jaguar Land Rover. I purchased this pre-owned vehicle on August 30, 2024, through a salesperson named Misko Sekulic. At no time during the transaction was I informed that this vehicle was equipped with a reduced fuel tank capacity of approximately 14–15 gallons, nor that its maximum driving range would be limited to approximately 275 miles per tank. This omission is particularly concerning given that I have previously owned two Jaguar F-PACE vehicles, both of which were equipped with fuel tanks of approximately 21–22 gallons and provided an average driving range of close to 400 miles. Within days of taking ownership, I noticed a substantial reduction in driving range. I raised this concern with the salesperson within a few weeks; however, no action was taken. Over time, it became increasingly clear that the vehicle’s limited range significantly impacts its usability, particularly given my profession as a real estate agent, which requires frequent and long-distance driving. The current range makes even routine trips inconvenient and impractical. Due to this issue, I have limited my use of the vehicle, which is reflected in its unusually low mileage of approximately 13,000 miles. Had this critical information been disclosed at the time of purchase, I would not have proceeded with the transaction. his conclusion is extremely concerning and unacceptable. I contacted Honda America regarding a concern with my 2025 Pilot, which has just over 5,000 miles. The service light for the rear differential came on at the 5,000‑mile mark (I don't drive off-road, and my driving is 50/50 city/highway), even though the dealership indicated this service is not typically required until 10,000–15,000 miles. My goal was simple: confirm that there is no premature
... wear issue with the rear differential, and request that Honda cover the service if it is occurring earlier than expected. Instead, the experience was extremely disappointing. The representative repeatedly stated that he could not provide any technical information because he is a customer service agent. That raises an obvious question: if Honda’s own customer service cannot address technical concerns about a Honda vehicle, who exactly should a customer contact? He then informed me that he reached out to the dealership I use and spoke with the service manager, who said that “this could happen.” I already knew that from the dealer. Repeating the same vague statement does not add value, nor does it require involvement from a service manager or a manufacturer representative. It certainly does not address my actual concern about potential premature wear, nor does it justify the back‑and‑forth emails when no meaningful assistance was provided. To be clear, I am fully aware that dealerships profit from performing services—whether the vehicle truly needs them or not. That is precisely why I reached out to Honda America for clarification and support. Instead, I received no answers, no guidance, and no resolution.
