Vehicle fails to appropriately recognize when it is put in Park. The dash shows a "P" indicating the vehicle is in park, but emits a continuous beeping sound with a message on the dash that reads, "Auto Stop is Off. Shift to P or N and start engine manually." However, when pressing "P" as it states I must do, it then reads, "Gear already selected," before returning to the previous message. This is
... all while a "P" is illuminated and beeping is continuous. Throughout this time, if the brake is released, the car begins driving forward as though it is in Drive, not Park. I have 3 separate videos of this happening. To answer the above questions: The vehicle has repeatedly been inspected by a Hyundai dealership and each time I am told the issue cannot be replicated. I am happy to have it inspected again. It most certainly puts my safety and others at risk as it continues driving after I have engaged park. No police or insurance representatives have yet inspected it. No others warnings or messages appear before it occurs, only during. The issue first started just before 5k miles on the car and has since occurred at least 5 more times.Read more

In November 2024 through December 2025 our Ram started experiencing issues with the traction control and ABS lights coming on randomly and the vehicle not braking properly. Braking in corners is very sketchy and feels like you are going to run off the road. As December went on, all brake related lights stayed on and the truck feels like it has manual brakes from the 1970s. We received a Legal N
... otice explaining there is a class action settlement going on due to the ABS module and Brake HCU on our truck in late December 2024. We did not drive the truck long distances for the latter half of December due to the issues we were experiencing plus receiving the legal notice. A couple weeks into January 2025 we received a notice from FCA US LLC indicating there is a safety recall for the Brake HCU which affects the ABS and ESC systems. The notice said the vehicle may lose control and cause a crash without prior warning. Due to this second notice and the fact that our truck was having more issues with the braking systems and the lights were permanently on, we parked the truck mid January 2025 and have not driven it since. In early March we contacted the local dealership Morie's of Little Fall, MN as well as Chrylser/Mopar asking when our truck can be repaired and explained this is our daily driver and only safe vehicle we have for distances over 30 miles. Neither of them have been helpful and could not give us an answer. The service person at Morie's confirmed our vehicle is a part of the recall and the things we are experiencing would be related. He advised we do not drive the vehicle either. We are now mid April, THREE MONTHS WITHOUT A SAFE VEHICLE TO DRIVE, and we have received no further communication from anyone relating to our truck. It is still parked and unsafe to drive. Action needs to be taken to remedy this situation. We are normally a two vehicle household down to one that can't be driven far and one that can't be driven at all.Read more

This truck, along with many others, has had wiring harness issues. My truck has fought this issue within the first six months of owning the truck. Since Jan 2025 it has left me stranded 3 times to be towed, and in the shop a total of 6 times for wiring harness issues. Rubbing that GM is 100% aware of how its designed. This has caused the truck to hesitate, shake, lunge, go in and out of gear sever
... ely hard then shut off while driving. All three time this happened to me recently i was on the interstate. GM has work orders out with all the codes and symptoms but wont do anything about it. Yes, i am out of warranty, but i am now paying over $5,000 for a new harness to be installed by a different dealer. The dealer that had always worked on this truck requested $8,100 so i called a new GM shop. This is a large issue and they keep turning their back and not addressing the issue and putting drivers at risk! Can provide last diagnostics and can request all notes from Stoops Buick GMC in Muncie Indiana, i have a rather large file there on this truck.Read more

The rear passenger-side lower control arm mounting point on my 2010 Honda CR-V has rotted out due to severe corrosion. This has caused a loud clicking noise when driving over uneven surfaces and has compromised the structural integrity of the suspension system. The problem was confirmed by an independent mechanic, who stated that the control arm is no longer properly secured due to rust damage at
... the mounting point. The vehicle was also inspected by a Honda dealership, which noted frame perforation in and beyond the recall area related to NHTSA Recall No. 23V-228. Despite this, American Honda has refused to address the issue, stating that the corrosion does not fall within the defined recall area. This failure presents a significant safety risk, as the suspension could potentially detach while driving. The issue first became noticeable in mid-March 2025 when the clicking noise started and has persisted since. There were no prior warning lights or error messages. The corrosion is visible and the affected components are available for inspection upon request. The condition has been documented via dealer and mechanic reports, photographs, and video.Read more

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding the instrument panel of the 2016-2020 Kia Sorento. My car - 2017 Kia Sorento. In approx. 2021, I noticed a small 2 cm crack resembling a razor blade cut on my instrument panel (Part Number: 84710-C5000WK, also 84710-C6000WK and 84710-C6001WK). At the time, I did not find this defect alarming as it was minor and located far from
... the airbag area. However, over time, the situation has deteriorated significantly. The small crack has now developed into three substantial cracks measuring between 6 to 8 inches, with some of them encroaching upon the airbag area. I am increasingly concerned that these cracks may impact the airbag deployment mechanism and potentially result in fragments from the panel flying out during a collision, an issue that has been documented in other vehicle brands in the past. After conducting some research, I found that this problem appears to be common among the Kia Sorento models manufactured between 2016 and 2020. Numerous sources online indicate that these dashboard cracks pose a safety hazard. I have made attempts to address this issue directly with Kia. However, I was informed that the initial inspection fee is $150, and the estimated cost for part replacement and installation is approximately $3,959. This amount is quite significant. I urge your organization to investigate this matter further and consider providing a remedy for affected customers. Thank you for your attention to this important matter.Read more

... h. This is getting out of control that I continue to have transmission problems with this vehicle.
