On July 20,2025, at about 4:30pm to 5:30pm, I drove less than two blocks from home when the engine light and the overterature light came on suddenly. Simultaneously, the vehicle began to shake. I was about two to three blocks from an Auto Zone parts supply store. I drove there slowly. Once at the location, I asked for assistance in determining what caused the issue with my car. The representative
... used a device that indicated that check engine failed, and emission ready status was no. I was advised to purchase coolant for my model vehicle. Once purchased, the representative tried to fill the reservoir. However, the reservoir indicated that it was full after using less than half of what was in the gallon bottle. We waited a while to determine if the level would decrease. While at the store, the level remained constant at the full level. He recommended that I start the engine. The car no longer shook and the indicators did not come back on until I drove about a mile away. I was near another Auto Zone store, nearly a mile from my house. The representative there was able to pour the remainder of the coolant into the reservoir. When asked, I was told that I should contact a mechanic regarding the issue. I asked if it would be safe to drive the car home to make arrangements to have the car towed, as where we (myself and two young grandchildren) were in a location that did not seem safe to wait very long. I drove slowly to my house, using emergency blinkers. I was able to park the car in the driveway until I could arrange to have the car towed to a recommended repair shop. I have an extended warranty from an Auto warranty company. The car was towed to AAMCO less than 10 miles away. So far, all they have been able to tell me is that the oil is clean, but the level is very low. I do not know the cause, as I have the oil changed, and other lubricant and liquids levels checked at least every 7.5K miles. I also check my indicators on a regular basis, whenever I drive.Read more

I was driving about 75mph when my 2014 Ford F150 suddenly downshifted from 6th gear to 2nd. As a result of the unexpected downshift, my body was pushed into the steering wheel, and the rear end of the truck slid sideways as it slowed down to 65mph. The truck had a loss of power and I couldn’t accelerate. When I pulled over on the side of the highway, I used my code reader to read the codes that
... came up. The codes that came up pointed to Powertrain Control Module. When I looked at the PCM, it said P0720, Output Speed Sensor. I looked up the issue online and found that there is an open recall on the 2014 Ford F150 with the 6R80 transmission, and the recall is the issue I stated above. I went to two different Ford dealerships and they said that my vin isn’t listed under the recall so they won’t fix it. This is the manufacturers issue and they won’t fix it. I purchased my GMC Sierra AT4 from your Oman GMC distributor called Moosa Abdulrehman Hassan. The vehicle suddenly stops and transmission automatically shift from 'D' driving mode to 'N' natural. Again, I brought the vehicle to GMC dealer Moosa Abdulrehman Hassan. They kept the vehicle for almost one week and unable to demonstrate or diagnose the problem and asked me to collect the vehicle. Its high risk to drive the vehicle, when suddenly the engine stops and the gear shift from 'D' to 'N' while driving. Two months ago, I brought my 2020 Mustang to the dealership at Surprise Ford in Arizona due to issues with the backup camera. Since then, Ford has released multiple recalls related to backup camera malfunctions in
... Mustangs from model years 2021 to 2025. The symptoms outlined in these recalls—such as a blank or frozen rearview image—are identical to what I previously reported and experienced with my 2020 Mustang. Given that this is a major safety issue impacting visibility while reversing, and the fact that my vehicle exhibited the same failure pattern prior to the official recall announcement, I am requesting that this issue be reconsidered under the scope of the current recall campaign.Read more

Replacement of the ECM or Engine Control Module. Burns a quart of oil at the price of $11.00 per quart every 3,000 miles, that’s an engine problem. Right front axle broke and had to be replaced. After replacement of the right front axle, the right front axle seal, which is the axle replaced started to leak and I was charged to replace the axle seal due to a mechanics incompetence. I received a card from Subaru stating a windshield issue. Received another card regarding a fuel pump issue. A letter received this past week from an apparent CVT or continuously variable transmission issue. Now my radio stations jump around arbitrarily changing stations, tracks on my CD, and my hatch doesn’t open, but gets stuck shortly upon opening. This car is a lemon, a piece of junk and very unsafe. On July 14, 2025, our 2025 Honda Accord was serviced at Hall Honda Virginia Beach for a TPMS warning. The repair was marked complete under warranty by 12:24 PM. We picked up the car [XXX] at 7:30 AM. By 4:32 PM, the passenger-side tire catastrophically failed no TPMS alert, no impact, no pothole, just sudden sidewall rupture. This was not a minor issue; it was a failure of a federally mandated saf
... ety system. Had it occurred at highway speed, it could have resulted in wrongful death due to service negligence. We towed the car back that night (Visit #2). The next morning, advisor Tito blamed us: “You must have hit something.” He then offered to replace the rim and tire under warranty and gave us two options a fast repair or a “proper” 3-day one. Framing a potentially fatal failure as a customer convenience choice is reckless. We picked the car up again July 21. On [XXX] at 3 PM, the TPMS failed again this time throwing a calibration warning. This was Visit #3. I returned to ask why it failed again. Tito grew defensive and again blamed us for the initial tire failure. I wasn’t there for that I was reporting a second failure of the same safety system. There was no concern shown that the car had been returned unsafe multiple times. No apology, no accountability just blame deflection and hostility. As of July 25, the TPMS still does not work. A fourth visit is now required. This is a repeat failure of a safety-critical system required under FMVSS 138, mishandled with negligence and denial. It is only luck—not competence—that prevented serious harm or death. Kia dealership said if they could not repeat the stall they could not really determine what is wrong. This is the 3rd serious issue I have had with this vehicle and each occurrence I was made to feel like the issues did not exist. 1 week into ownership I complained about a knocking noise, was told that the struts came from the factory loose, a month ago the differential gear box needed to be changed. I am now told that it could take a very long time to repair, and I would need to rent a car at my expense and if approved will be reimbursed at some point. I am terrified to drive my new car.Read more

I purchased this vehicle [XXX] and mileage was 78,921 at Hoover Volkswagen in Georgia. The carfax showed it had an oil change since the dealer had it in inventory. I drove the carfax showed about 2000 miles to 81,000 odometer miles and heard ticking noise so I checked the oil. It was 2 quarts low, I added 2 after calling the dealer and saying it’s my responsibility to top off the oil. I checked
... it again at appx 83,000 again it was 2 quarts low, I checked it at 85,000, 87,000, 89,000 and 90,000 each time it was 2 quarts low. I finally took it into the Hoover Volkswagen Dealership at appx 90,500 miles and traded it in for the oil consumption issue and lost $7000 because of tradein value of the oil consuming vehicle. I called Kia Consumer Assistance in reference the MDPS flexible coupling. I spoke with a Kia representative named Gina. I specifically asked if this item is covered under my vehicles warranty (i gave the vin number of the vehicle to her. She stated if it was diagnosed as the MDPS flexible coupling, it would be covered. I made an appointment (it took two weeks) with Spitzer Kia at 3414 Brookpar
... k Rd, Cleveland, Ohio 44134. The service advisor, Belinda Frost, stated, yes the MDPS flexible coupling needs to be replaced. I gave the case number from Kia, #[XXX]. She looked and said it is not covered. I told her Gina from Kia consumer assistance stated it is covered. She called Kia, spoke with "Brad" who stated I would need to pay a $93.00 diagnostic charge (car was already diagnosed with the issue) and leave the car for 24 to 48 hours. During that time, they would make a determination if it is warrantied - I believe that other person's name was Robert - the regional manager. He would need to approve coverage for the MDPS flexible coupling. The diagnosis is to turn the steering wheel while the engine is off for play and a clunking sound, which takes 30 seconds and was already done. Also note this is a hazard as the car wanders due to additional play in the steering, sometimes has a notch, taking more effort to turn the wheel slightly plus makes a metal on metal sound when going over bumps. This $10.00 part, should be mandated to replace without a time limit. I was also told it was covered by warranty by Kia consumer after giving the serial number, and that was NOT honored by the dealership nor Kia consumer when the dealer ship called in my presents.
