The contact stated that while driving approximately 50 - 55 MPH, and slowing down to approximately 40 MPH, the check engine warning light illuminated, and the engine started knocking. The contact noticed that the engine was one quart of oil low after an oil change and driving less than 2,058 miles. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer, but was not repaired.... Read more

Demanded a 220$ fee be paid before releasing my vehicle back. Also gave GMC Bulliten # 25-NA-148 which states the same issues I'm currently having.

Randomly when the truck is turned on, the turn signals will stop working, no noise, nothing. When this happens, the infotainment system also stops working. It is unsafe to be driving and not knowing if your signals are working or not. This has been happening since the truck was purchased from the dealer.

Another GM truck AFM failing. It failed at 70,000 miles causing P0307 cylinder 7 misfire. No aggressive driving just commuting to work. Truck just got done with a new oil change. It's another to add to the hundreds/thousands seen on Reddit threads of all 5.3/6.2 AFM/DFM that this organization turns a blind eye to.

At 27, 000 miles while on vacation, over 1000 miles from home, the lifters and bearings grenaded the motor. The vehicle sat at the dealership for a month waiting for a motor replacement. Vehicle went into limp mode while driving on the highway. Onstar said it was the transmission. Checked the oil and smoke was billowing out of the dip stick and there was no oil. None of the sensors indicated that there was low oil. After sitting and waiting for a tow truck rechecked the oil with the dipstick and there was oil in it. Now requires a new engine.

Last night, I was driving down the road and all of a sudden my car just stopped. It still had power, but the engine had stopped. I tried to restart was unable to.

I had just pulled off from street light, hit button to turn auto engine shutoff off, all of sudden I lose power as if I'm in neutral, engines reving up but won't go. Then kicks in but with less power like gears will not shift. I get to my destination but car will not go in reverse.
