Since then, the check engine light has illuminated nine other times with some of the same and or different codes. The service dept stated my I would be charged $150 for a diagnostic test and if it was an issue with the internal camera it would not be covered under the recall warranty. I immediately began to feel they would later contact me and tell me it would not be covered because that is how the conversation began. The dealership contacted me and stated it was an internal problem with the camera and not covered under the recall. It will cost me $732 if I would like to have the camera repaired. I contacted the manufacturer regarding the recall warranty, and confirmed it was 12 months or 12000 miles, whichever is sooner and my vehicle remained within the recall warranty. My issue was escalated with a supervisor and I was to receive a call back the next day from the manufacturer between 10am-7pm cst, but I never did. My vehicle's camera has not been repaired.Read more

Called Nissan and they instructed me to turn it off and back on. I did but it still had the warning light and reduced speed. I was roughly 30 miles from the dealership and they wanted me to drive it in. I told them that wasn’t safe. They said at my expense have it towed. After the car was turned off awhile it cleared and went back to normal. I took the car in the next day. Again they said they couldn’t recreate the issue and had no solution. They indicated Nissan knew there was an issue but didn’t have a fix yet. They said it might mean a new engine. I filed a complaint with Nissan asking for them to buyback the car because I felt it wasn’t safe. They denied it. If at some point you are driving 70 mph on a 4 lane interstate in busy traffic and it happens and the speed reduces from 70 to 20 with no brake light coming on or warning to the driver. I purchased a set of 4 Cooper Ultra Touring (235/45R18) Tires in 05/2022. Within 40,000 miles of purchasing the Tires, I was traveling on I-10 WB at approximately 70 MPH when the Vehicle started to shake violently. I pulled into the Right Lane and slowed down significantly and was able to make it to my residence safely. The very next day, I took the Vehicle to a local Goodyear Franchise and had
... a new Passenger Front Tire installed on 10/24/2022. The Service Tech advised that the Passenger Front Tire was on the verge of separating and that was the reason for the Vehicle Shaking. On 08/28/23, I was traveling on I-10 EB and the Driver's side of the Vehicle started to shake violently again. I traveled in the Right Lane at a slow speed until I came up on a Toyota Dealership in Daphne, Alabama. The Service Tech put the Vehicle up on a lift and advised me that the Driver's Side Rear Tire had separated and the Driver's side front tire had an uneven wear pattern on the inside edge. I had both tires promptly replaced. I have done my due diligence and have discovered many recalls on Cooper Tires as of late. The same descriptions I have read online are exactly what I have experienced with my two tires that have separated. I did check to see if these Tires were apart of any recalls and they are not. One thing I would like to point out is that these Cooper Tires were apart of a Promotion that Tire Choice Auto Service Centers were running in the Summer of 2020 to buy 3 tires and receive 1 free. For this reason, I do not know how many of these Tires were sold as it felt like they were just trying to get rid of them as they were heavily discounted. I do suspect that these tires were made in the same factories as many that were recalled. These Tires do have a 70,000 mile Warranty and I am currently in the process of trying to get the Tires from Toyota so Cooper can inspect them for a refund. Reference #: [XXX]. Since purchasing this truck brand new in 2018 we have had nothing but problems with this vehicle. Dodge Ram failed us every time. They failed to work with the dealer and ignored every attempt to find solutions. It took over 3 years to get dodge and dealer to replace the transmission and all electrical issues. The other problem that we have had since buying this truck is the AC. Its been always a problem we are continuously trying to fix it and its been very hard. This entire summer my children have been suffering. We are driving in extreme heat with zero ac and Dodge Ram can not produce part for the dealership to fix it. What is really unfair that original dealer tried again to charge us for something that it waste the problem. We would have paid for it and would have been back within an hour. The new dealer Peterson Dodge understood the problem and was honest with us that there is a lot more then a filter. Cam phasers gone bad even after doing a ‘reprogram’ that Ford listed as a recall. Ford then sent out a Customer Satisfaction Extension to replace the cam phasers (that we never received) but we missed the expiration date so now they are refusing to cover any of the service or parts. This is a known issue for the 3.5 engine, yet consumers are paying thousands out of pocket for a known issue.

All the warning lights on dashboard light up engine losses power then stop, after setting for two hours the engine restarts, the engine light is only light on. Drive for one or two days light goes off like nothings wrong. Then two or three day’s latter it will do it again. This has been going on for about five months and dealer can not fix it.

The SVC 4WD light has come on. I cannot switch to any of the 4wd modes. I do not have the locking differential or anything, just the standard PTU that comes with the Jeep Limited.
