The high beam does not work even after bulb replacement on the 2019 Elantra(the low beams work just fine). A sound of an actuator trying to work is heard coming from the engine with a slight flicker of light but no successful high beam is shown after engaging the high beam actuator on the wheel. This is detrimental to the safety of drivers at night which could lead to a crash, injury, or fatality.

I kept having issues with the drivers seat belt not retracting properly (since purchased new) after use creating a tremendous amount of slack in the belt the next time it was used. On further inspection by myself, I was able to determine the cause and keep it from happening again or at least correct the issue each time prior to driving the vehicle. I have recently seen this on 2 other Winnebago Forza's. 1 with the same floor plan (38W) and the other with a different plan. I have not mentioned this safety defect to either the manufacturer or any of their dealerships for fear they would simply fix mine and not look into all the other motorhomes they have made they may have the same issue. What is happening is that the seat belt was clearly installed prior to the interior finishing. When they installed the wood veneer that surrounds the place where the belt is attached to the sidewall (not floor). They didn't trim a large enough opening in the wood causing this pivot point on the belt to stick. When the driver pulls on the belt to attempt to free it, the belt twist and becomes bound up leading to slack in the belt. It's an easy fix to trim away some of the wood freeing this pivot up to operate normally.Read more

When the light turned green, and I removed my foot from the brake, the transmission moved to neutral, and the engine would not start up again. I was unsuccessful in getting the car to start again by either pushing the start/stop button or adjusting the transmission to park. The battery indicator light was illumina

The Auto Idle Stop system had worked as expected earlier in the drive and there were no other indications of any issues with the vehicle prior to the incident. My entire family's safety was at serious risk since we were stalled on a busy 6 lane road with no ability to move the vehicle to the shoulder and I had to avoid traffic to get to the trunk and under the hood and spend time connecting the jump starter and subsequently attempting to start the vehicle. In mid-May I was on my way to a funeral about 3 and a half hours away. While going about 80 mph on the interstate, several lights appeared and my car quickly decelerated and would not accelerate. I quickly made an appointment with the dealership to have the fuel injector recall fixed and to have them check on the noise. They claimed they couldn't do anything if there weren't any lights current on. They also claim they didn't hear the noise when they drove around. A month later I'm on the interstate in the far left, the check engine light starts flashing, my car decelerates and I am unable to accelerate. I went from 80 to 60 in a dangerously short time. I put on my flashers and fortunately other drivers let me over so I could pull off on the shoulder. I shutter to think what would have happened if other cars had not been paying attention. I called Triple AAA to have it towed to the dealership. The dealership let me know they had about 50 Sonatas ahead of me on the waiting list to get a new engine (a huge RED FLAG). I still don't know if I need a new engine because they haven't looked at it yet. Ascending Tehachapi Pass CA Hwy 58 Eastbound in the left lane grossing 45,000lbs and traveling at 55mph with cruise control ON. I was passing another slower moving truck(~35-40mph). However my forward momentum was lost and accelerating uphill was slow. It was midday and clear skies. No one was following me fortunately, but sudden and unexpected braking could have had a vehicle tailing too closely(It was an uphill grade with a speed limit of 65 mph for POV) rear-end my trailer(48 foot stepdeck trailer). Please explain to me how CAS/AEB are safety systems for a CMV?!? This is the 4th report I have filed with NHTSA about the same Freightliner Cascadia tractor. According to the vehicle operating Manual that this occurrence of unexplained and unwarranted braking is a "feature" of this "safety system". Meaning that the CAS/AEB was functioning as designed(A flawed designed in my professional opinion). I have been contacted by the NHTSA about previous filed report about an ongoing investigation with the manufacturer. What action is this agency going to take? Oil drained to warning level from full during a vacation. The oil leaked out around head gasket level onto every part of the engine below it and the movement of air caused oil droplets to fall on the exhaust and smoke and also coated entire underneath and most of rear hatch with oil droplets.

The drive shaft fwd carrier bearing was missing 2 of the 3 bolt that hold it to the cross member. Being held with one bolt change the center line of the drive shaft moving towards the driver's side of the truck this resulted the the drive shaft rubbing on a air tank hanger. I do have pictures. It looks like the missing bolts where never installed.
