My 2015 Toyota Sienna has “Sticky” steering. When on a curve, like an highway curved ramp, the steering locks in place. I have to pull the steering wheel back to keep the car on track. When it sticks I can literally let go on a curve and it will hold it’s position. Even when driving straight this occurs. The steering wheel will stick in place requiring me to turn it to get the steering wheel
... to come back to the desired or correct position. I’m seeing that this is a regular problem for Toyota steering across multiple models. Having your steering get stuck in place has the potential to be a very serious safety issue. This may cause an accident and resulting death. The complete repair for this safety issue to the consumer is over $3000.00. This is ridiculous! This is my first Toyota. I think their reliability night be really over rated.Read more

I park the car, it is park. Remove key fob, get out of the car, shut the door, push the lock on the fob, it will auto start, open door punch on the brake , it then turns off and I can lock the car. If I push the break several times before getting out this does not happen. This vehicle was purchased about 2 years ago, used.

The problem is in the power-locking manual tailgate’s exterior release switch assembly. Water intrusion into the switch can cause a short circuit, leading the tailgate to unlatch while the truck is in Park. Once moving, momentum and air pressure can cause the tailgate to open further, potentially dumping cargo onto the road and creating a hazard.

A sudden drop to 2nd gear at highway speeds in low-traction conditions creates an immediate, catastrophic risk of a high-speed rear-end collision or loss of control. On Wed [XXX], we took the truck to Hubler Ford (Shelbyville, IN). The service department officially diagnosed the vehicle and acknowledged the malfunctions are caused by Recall 26S28. However, they refused to repair it because they are "waiting on a software code" from Ford corporate, estimating a delay until mid-July 2026. They refused to provide a safe loaner, forcing us to drive an actively malfunctioning vehicle. On 6/18/26, I called Ford National Customer Service to escalate this safety issue and request an interim rental. The Ford rep contacted Hubler Ford but failed to authorize a rental. Instead, Ford corporate placed me back in a customer service loop, telling me to discuss symptoms with the dealer again, even though the dealer already officially diagnosed the defect. This loop has caused numerous 20+ min holds with no one addressing the issue. Both Ford and Hubler Ford are refusing to provide intermediate safe transportation for an officially diagnosed, severely malfunctioning safety-recall vehicle, leaving a toddler exposed to a severe highway crash hazard. It's a sunny day in Florida and approximately at [XXX] while traveling straight on a public roadway, the vehicle directly in front of me moved into the left-turn lane, completely clearing my lane of travel. As I actively accelerated to pass the turning vehicle, my Honda’s Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS) inadvertently activated despite my lane being completely clear and unobstructed. T

This unexpected, false-positive braking event caused a severe, rapid deceleration that nearly resulted in a rear-end collision by the vehicle traveling behind me. This exact situation has occurred on 3 other separate occasions. I'm in fear of being rear-ended, especially with my kids in the car, because my vehicle body language prior to the forceful braking has been acceleration. The drivers behind me are likely to see my acceleration and proceed with their own acceleration just to be blind-sided with my vehicles sudden and hard braking. We were afraid to drive the vehicle due to the handling issues, that something happening in the middle of nowhere. Jeep customer support denied, obstructed and overall refused to help. Was assigned to several agents and supervisors and after filing the initial report, message requests were rarely returned. I was ultimately told by Customer Care, “it was my problem not Jeeps”. The first dealership I went to refused to look at the car unless I paid them for unnecessary work I then went back to Jeep Only in Las Vegas (where I purchased vehicle) and they quickly acknowledged the severe vibration issue was a common problem and they have serviced this problem on many other Wagoneer’s in the past. I worked with Evan the Service Advisor and Tigh Pesicka the Service Manager and they assured me the problem was with Jeep’s paring of the Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza tire and the Wagoneer. The Bridgestone was a passenger tire and the Wagoneer due to its weight needed light truck rated tires. Evan at Jeep Only recommended the Continental Terrain Contact A/T tires, I purchased them and it lessened the severity of the vibration. The dealership failed to get Jeep to cover the new tire, so they said I will have to pay for them and sue Jeep for reimbursement. The vehicle was carrying family members and was traveling on a winding downhill section of highway adjacent to steep terrain. While driving, the vehicle suddenly began handling abnormally. In response, we safely pulled over as quickly as possible. Before we could fully stop, the wheel catastrophically failed. The damage pattern is consistent with a catastrophic wheel failure, not ordinary cosmetic damage or curb rash. When I initially contacted the Kia dealership, I was told that they had "never seen anything like it." However, after the vehicle was towed to the dealership, the explanation changed, and I was informed that Kia now believes the vehicle must have struck something and that the impact caused the wheel to fail. That explanation is inconsistent with what occurred. At no point prior to the failure did we strike debris, a pothole, a curb, or any other object that would reasonably explain a complete structural fracture of the wheel and the tire separating from the vehicle. On the 2013 Ford edge I own the backup camera fails frequently and without warning. Sometimes the camera will not work at all when the transmission is placed in reverse, other times the camera will fail while during the process of backing up. Problem - does not work at all: When the car is placed in reverse the camera projects a blue screen then states the camera is not available, this happens wh

Problem - shuts down while in use: Turns off while in use, one has the rear camera view when backing up, then the camera does one of two things it flips flops (top to bottom) or flashes a blue screen then states the camera is not available. And then sometimes the camera will work for one to three times (the camera is working while backing up, turn the vehicle off, exit / re-enter the vehicle and it works for backing up, but the next time the vehicle is entered and placed in reverse the camera is not working at all and the message reads camera is not available. I was completely stopped at a left turn. The rear collision sensor went off for no reason. The seat belt locked up so aggressively I could not get a breathe in and it ripped my insulin pump patch right off my stomach. If I was a couple hours away from home my blood sugar would go through the roof and cause ketones which could be fatal. Luckily I was 20 mins away from home. Being a [XXX] since [XXX
