Component that failed: brakes. I was pulling into a parking spot at low speed and the brake pedal was suddenly extremely difficult to depress, almost impossible. It felt as if a brick were under the pedal but there was no obstruction. I was able to stop only because I was already going so slow. Safety of myself and others was at risk because I was almost unable to stop the vehicle. If I had been g
... oing any faster I don't believe I would have been able to without crashing into an obstacle. Vehicle is currently at a service shop but issue has not been verified or repaired as of today. When restarting the vehicle, the engine stuttered and started making odd sounds, and wouldn't idle properly. There were no warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms at all prior to failure. When I entered the parking lot it was working normally and when I turned to enter a parking spot the brakes suddenly just failed.Read more

This failure led to numerous drivability issues, including hesitation, rough shifting, delayed upshifts, loud whining noises during cold starts, slipping during acceleration, and, at times, the inability to shift beyond second gear. Ultimately, the dealership concluded that the transmission needed to be rebuilt or replaced. My vehicle remained at the dealership from January 28, 2026, through May 14, 2026, over three and a half months. My HMI was "bricked" when onstar pushed an incompatible update when I changed the service plan. While driving the screen has intermittently turned off and on causing temporary unexpected loss of navigation functions, Bluetooth connectivity, and use of the back up camera. This causes a safety issue as the unexpected loss of display and connectivity has caused me to be unable to continue using han

When I contacted OnStar support I was instructed to perform some troubleshooting and was then referred to the Connection Center Team. The CCT representative told me that my hardware was outdated and could not support the update. If a representative can confirm the problem retrospectivly, I think the representatives making changes to the service plan should also be able to proactively confirm incompatibility before causing the issue. There were no warnings. The issues first occured while I was driving on the day (6/25/26) my new plan began and the update was sent. I can make the HMI available for inspection upon request. I don't believe there is any actual issue with the hardware, just a negligent and incompatible software update.Read more

I purchased a 2022 Cadillac Escalade from Carvana. The vehicle was represented as having only minor prior damage, but after taking possession I discovered evidence indicating that it had sustained significantly more extensive damage than was disclosed. Based on subsequent inspections, I believe the vehicle was not in a safe condition when it was sold to me. The primary components involved include
... the vehicle's structural/body integrity and suspension/alignment systems, as well as other components affected by the previous collision damage. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. My safety and the safety of others are at risk because the vehicle does not drive or handle as a properly repaired vehicle should. I am concerned that previously damaged structural and safety-related components were not repaired to manufacturer specifications before the vehicle was sold. If critical components were improperly repaired or replaced, the vehicle may not protect occupants as intended during an emergency maneuver or subsequent collision. The issues have been inspected and confirmed by independent service personnel, who identified evidence of previous collision damage that appears to be substantially more extensive than what was disclosed at the time of sale. I have also obtained documentation supporting these findings. The vehicle has been inspected by independent repair facilities. Additional inspections by the manufacturer or other parties can be made if requested. Prior to discovering the extent of the previous damage, there were no warning lights that clearly identified the underlying safety concerns. The issues became apparent after a detailed inspection of the vehicle and review of the condition of the repaired areas rather than through dashboard warning messages. I am filing this complaint because I believe a vehicle with potentially significant structural and safety-related prior damage was sold without adequate disclosure of the extent of that damage.Read more

This vehicle received the 03D/NHTSA 26V-059 Trailer Controller replacement on 3/26/2026. Prior to that there were no indications of any trailer-related issues. It also received the 35D/NHTSA 26V-225 Instrument Panel update on 5/12/2026. The vehicle now is indicating a connected trailer with faulty wiring when no trailer is connected at all. When towing a trailer, the instrument will similarly disp
... lay a recurring indication of a faulty trailer wiring, then the error disappears shortly thereafter. The dealer has been unable to diagnose the problem. It appears that Stellantis has a Case # S2623000029 which indicates a similar concern with Code B235C-64 set in the Integrated Trailer Module. This concern mentions a possible "service update" for the "3rd quarter of 2026" but the dealer is unable to confirm any timeline and is uninterested in pursuing further diagnostics. They admit the trouble codes are verified in the device database. This is a safety issue due to the fact that the vehicle notifications, while towing a load, appear to be false but can cause the vehicle operator to attempt corrections such as immediately stopping while in traffic lanes to confirm the problem. This is very risky business as is continuing on with a potential trailer electrical fault. One really doesn't know what to believe in this circumstance. In my opinion, the replacement trailer controller installed via the first recall stated above is more faulty then the original controller, which never yielded false information.Read more

Well that was a problem because first of all I almost got killed because the bike just died for no reason and two now I have to rent a truck and trailer to get it there 45 minutes from my house turns out it needed a new battery and starter at less than 600 miles on the bike. I reported the bike to the manufacturer BPR where they told me not to pick up the bike. They ended up doing absolutely nothing except cause more problems. In XXX driving on [XXX] at 45 miles an hour, the same thing happened, FSS failure, engine light on, limp home mode. Made it to the store where I tried to start it again and it was completely dead again had to rent a truck and trailer from Home Depot brought it to Island Powersports at 6:45 PM with my parents service was already closed, but the sales department was open the sales manager Tom told me to leave the key and just park it in front next day. I called to find out the status and was told by the service manager, Mr. Carr to pick up my bike that they are no longer working on it or going to do anything with it because of the verbal argument me and him had over the phone after BRP told me not to pick the vehicle up which got Mr. Carr very upset and he ended up calling me a faggot which was reported to the human rights division of New York State, and a case was created for that. Approx 5/19/26 Forward Collision Detection check light randomly came on when driving home and showed notifications showing "Service ESC" "Service Traction Control" then started showing notifications for the collision sensors unavailable and continuously flickering them across the dash. The Fwd collision symbol would come on and off randomly. Finally was able to take it to the dealership on 6/8/26.

The Fwd Collision symbol is back on and off, notifications are flickering across the dash more frequently and now the check engine light is constantly on as of 6/14/26. Car is currently back at the dealership. Pictures and videos were taken of the issue happening to provide extra proof and given to the techs. These sensors failing at any time could cause the vehicle to randomly brake, not brake, and possibly not register a potential accident and avoid it. It's the safety of anyone else who has this type of vehicle with these issues. This vehicle has been in and out of the dealership 5 times now for three different things, every time it's picked up, the problem is still there or comes back within days. A dealership inspected the vehicle and recommended a Transmission Control Module (TCM) software update referencing TSB 21-019-24, to be performed at the owner's expense. No root-cause diagnosis was provided. The underlying hardware cause, most likely the gear selector position sensor or transmission range sensor, was not confirmed or ruled out. The engine-driven vacuum pump and turbocharger boost-control vacuum system malfunctioned. The vehicle developed insufficient vacuum to the boost-control system, resulting in a P0299 turbocharger underboost fault and reduced engine power. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. The vehicle experienced a noticeable loss of peak power and reduced acceleration. Although it did not enter
... limp mode, unexpected reduced acceleration could create a safety risk while merging onto a highway, passing another vehicle, entering or crossing traffic, or attempting to avoid a collision. An authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership scanned the vehicle, confirmed fault code P0299, and documented that vacuum supplied to the turbocharger boost-control system was too low. The dealership recommended replacing the vacuum pump and retesting the vehicle. The vehicle was inspected and diagnosed by an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership. Mercedes-Benz USA reviewed the case and the dealership’s diagnosis as part of a goodwill-assistance request, but Mercedes-Benz USA did not physically inspect the vehicle. The vehicle has not been inspected by police or insurance representatives. The check-engine light illuminated, and the vehicle stored a P0299 turbocharger underboost fault. I also noticed reduced peak engine power and weaker acceleration. The vehicle did not enter limp mode. These symptoms first appeared at approximately 42,000 miles on or around June of 2026. Mercedes-Benz has issued an extended warranty for vacuum-pump failures on certain M157-powered vehicles that identifies the same vacuum-pump part number used in my M276-powered GLC 43 and describes similar symptoms, including low boost, a check-engine light, and P0299. Although my vehicle is not currently included in that extension, the use of the identical component and substantially similar failure raises concern that the affected population may extend beyond the listed M157 models.Read more

My 2025 Kia Telluride has experienced seven engine overheating events across three separate incidents, all under identical conditions: air conditioning on while climbing in altitude on Colorado mountain highways. Incident 3 (XXX): Driving to [XXX]. Vehicle overheated FOUR times during the trip, including in an area with no cellular reception. Occupants included an infant and a [XXX]. Had the engine failed completely, we would have been stranded with no ability to call for emergency assistance. The failure is consistent and reproducible in real-world conditions (sustained grade + AC load) but has not been reproduced by dealership diagnostics performed at the shop. No fault codes were reportedly stored. The pattern is consistent with a cooling system deficiency under high load (cooling fan circuit, condenser airflow, or thermostat), and similar complaints from other Telluride owners describe the same scenario with dealers unable to replicate. Safety concern: repeated loss of propulsion capability on steep mountain grades, risk of engine failure and stranding in remote areas without cell coverage, with young children aboard. I have been smelling a burning odor in the vehicle for almost a year which the dealership and an independent shop had not been able to diagnose. The car was recently throwing Drivetrain Error codes which prompted a visit to the dealership. They found that the 48v battery and negative cable are burnt and quoted $5680 to replace the battery and cables. After investigating I found that there were rec

Good morning the problems I am having with my 2025 are very discouraging. Started October of 2025, my tire light illuminated stated the tires were low when they are all at correct specs when using an air guage to check. November of 2025 while driving at night the headlights suddenly shut off briefly then came back back on. January of 2026 while leaving work the transmission would not shift, held a
... ccelerator pedal to floor but could not go above 20 mph all the way home for 3 miles. April of 2026 the right side of navigation screen went completely black, shut vehicle off twice and on third restart the screen reilluminated. June of 2026 same thing with the screen going black. I have had my Tuscon at the local dealer here in my town for supposedly a repair that they state was a "coaxel cable" behind the dash that was fixed that was causing this issue. I also had the recall performed for the front view camera software update but it is still showing not completed. This is very frustrating to be having experiencing these kind of issues on this new of a vehicle. Clearly something is going on with the software or something and the dealer keeps telling me they are not finding anything wrong. I am a service advisor myself at a small independent shop so I understand the terms they are using but something needs to be addressed to correct the issues that I am having. It is scary when driving and the screen goes black or driving at night and losing the headlight functions. I would appreciate if somebody will look into this and reach out to me to get some kind of remedy for why this is happening. I am paying alot for this vehicle and to say I am satisifed is an understatement. I have purchased Hyundai as my choice of vehicle due to the quality, great warranties and good reviews from other consumers however I am seriously thinking of exploring alternative makes as I do not want to keep going through this. Plus the engine consumes oil. I have attached p/w for review as wellRead more

I noticed the gas tank was listing to one end and not level. I noticed one of the tank straps had rusted away and I took the truck to a mechanic to replace the strap. The mechanic showed me that practically the majority of the frame was rusted away. There was nothing substantial enough for the straps to attach to. Are there many cases of the frame disintegrating on this model truck. I would be sat
... isfied if the frame was replaced as I believe the manufacturer failed in protecting these frames from rusting away. I have been looking for a frame for a reasonable price and have not found one yet. I will also need someone to remove the old one and install the new one. I have not driven the truck because I am afraid it could collapse on the road if driven.Read more

The short-term MPG / fuel-consumption display gives illogical and inconsistent readings. The display can show a significant drop in short-term fuel economy after the vehicle has been parked, locked, and not running, as if the system is incorrectly factoring parked/off time into the MPG calculation. This suggests a possible fault in the onboard computer, instrument cluster, fuel-consumption calcula
... tion, sensor input, software, ECU/module logic, or related electrical system. This is being reported as a safety concern because inaccurate fuel-consumption or range-related information can mislead the driver about fuel usage and remaining range, and it may indicate a broader vehicle electrical/computer/sensor malfunction. The concern is also part of a broader pattern of electrical or driver-information issues, including other intermittent warnings and display-related concerns. No crash, fire, injury, or fatality occurred. The vehicle/component is available for inspection, and photos/video of the display, service communications, issue lists, and related electrical-system records are available if requested.Read more
