Recurring front passenger safety restraint system fault causing incorrect occupant detection for airbag deployment. Failed and was ‘repaired’ 3 times since 2024, including 2 consecutive failed repairs of the same part within the last 3 months. Tesla service advisor also mentioned informally this is a common issue. At 60,000 miles the lifter failed and bent a pushrod rod while driving 65mph on the interstate. I had to slow my driving to 40mph in heavy traffic and "limp" it to the dealership. My vehicle has experienced transmission-related issues that have affected its safety, reliability, and overall performance. These symptoms raise serious concerns about the safety and durability of the CVT transmission installed in this vehicle. I am concerned that these issues may represent a broader defect affecting 2019 Nissan Kicks vehicles equipped with CVT transmissions. Drivers should be able to rely on their vehicles to accelerate and operate safely without fear of sudden loss of power or transmission failure. I respectfully request that this matter be thoroughly investigated and that Nissan be held accountable for any manufacturing defects associated with the CVT transmission. I also request consideration for appropriate repairs, reimbursement for related expenses, or any other remedy available if this issue is determined to be a known defect.Read more

On XXX, less than 24 hours after an authorized Porsche dealer released this 2024 911 as a successfully completed repair with the diagnostic codes cleared and no root cause documented, the vehicle suddenly lost motive power while traveling at highway speed. It entered limp mode with severe deceleration and displayed a red engine control error, forcing an emergency lane change across traffic to reac
... h a parking lot. After stopping, an active and significant fluid leak was observed trailing from the engine compartment, creating a fire risk. The 12-volt electrical system then died and the vehicle required a jump-start. After power was restored, the transmission would not engage Park and displayed "P not available. Park on level ground only," creating a rollaway risk. The vehicle was occupied by the driver, a passenger who was approximately [XXX] pregnant, and two small children. The three distinct safety failures were the sudden loss of motive power at highway speed, the active fluid leak with fire risk, and the loss of Park capability after the electrical failure. Warning messages appeared during the event as described. The vehicle remains at the authorized dealer and is undiagnosed as of this submission, and is available for inspection upon request. Incident involving my 2026 Tesla Model 3 equipped with HW4 hardware and the latest FSD (Supervised) software. During a garage reverse maneuver performed under FSD supervision, the vehicle had sufficient time to assess the surrounding environment before initiating the maneuver. There were no pedestrians or moving obstacles nearby. An adjacent parked vehicle was present next to the intended reversi
... ng path. During the maneuver, the vehicle made initial contact with the adjacent vehicle. At no point did the vehicle provide any collision warning, alert, or indication that a collision had occurred. After the initial contact, the vehicle continued moving and a second impact occurred shortly afterward, resulting in additional damage. Immediately after the second impact, the driver intervened and took control of the vehicle to stop the maneuver, before further damage is caused. My main concerns are: 1. Why did FSD fail to identify the adjacent vehicle before the maneuver? 2. Why was no collision warning provided before or after the initial contact? 3. Why did the vehicle continue the reversing maneuver after the first impact instead of stopping till driver intervention? 4. What if is pediatrician who qualify ADA, children, elder was in the position of the adjacent vehicle, this failed sensing would cause imparable result. I would appreciate a technical review of this event and a detailed explanation of Tesla’s findings.Read more

For the past year I have been dealing with multiple vehicle failures with our 2025 Jeep Wagoneer. I have worked with my dealer a dozen times. Please see attached video. It is more than apparent that this vehicle is faulty and putting me and anyone else in my family that night drive this vehicle at risk. Over the past 7 months I have documented all issues and the dismissiveness of Herb Chambers Jeep Chrysler in Danvers, MA where we purchased/leased the vehicle from. Herb Chambers is stating I have to pay nearly $3000 dollars to exit our current lease. But, this is ridiculous as the vehicle is a danger to drive. Traveling ~75 mph, I again had to move hazardously in traffic to coast to the right shoulder. Except now I notice the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) is illuminated. I again turned the vehicle off, waited a few minutes and then restarted it. I was able to drive normally to the Chrysler dealership (Autonation in Katy Tx) where I spoke to a Service representative. He recorded my VIN and took some notes as I explained what happened, but would not plug in a code reader as I requested. Instead he said I would need to leave the vehicle there for at least 24 hours or bring it back later. Since I was still ~55 miles from home, had my wife and cargo still in the vehicle and wanted to know what malfunction code(s) were present, we elected to drive the vehicle home. On the way home, I stopped at both an Advance Auto and an Autozone where both read the only code present as P0A43, see attachment. I also noted that the Emission Ready status was showing "NO". I then drove the vehicle less than a mile to our home where it has remained in my driveway. Mileage is now 24972 on the odometer. I plugged in and charged the vehicle to 100% high voltage battery state. Two days later on XXX, I started the vehicle and the MIL is no longer illuminated, still at 24972 odometer. I am writing regarding my 2026 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray 1LT and a very serious safety incident that occurred while driving on the Garden State Parkway. While driving at highway speed under normal conditions, my Corvette suddenly jerked and completely shut off without warning. The vehicle immediately lost power and became undrivable. Because there was no emergency shoulder available, I had no s
... afe place to pull over. I was forced to coast for approximately one to two miles at very low speed while surrounded by fast moving traffic. This created an extremely dangerous situation, and I narrowly avoided multiple collisions before I was finally able to reach the side of an exit ramp. After stopping, I exited the vehicle and noticed smoke coming from the engine compartment. When I looked underneath the vehicle, there was a large pool of engine oil leaking onto the ground, and I believe I also saw oil on the side of the engine. The car had to be towed, and I was stranded on the side of the highway for hours. I also had to pay around $750 in towing expenses that I had to pay out of pocket. This incident was especially concerning because the vehicle has had multiple problems since I purchased it. These include a bracket rubbing against other components and causing damage, the air conditioning not functioning properly, and an unusually loud belt noise while driving. I purchased this vehicle brand new with the expectation that it would be reliable and safe. Instead, I have experienced repeated issues, culminating in an incident that placed my safety at high risk. I am requesting that General Motors and the dealership thoroughly investigate this vehicle and provide an appropriate resolution. Given the repeated defects and the severity of this highway failure, I am requesting an exchange for another new Corvette. I have several friends who own 2025 and earlier Corvette models and have not experienced these types of issues, which further reinforces my concerns.Read more

I am submitting this complaint regarding a steering system defect on my 2019 Honda CR-V, which currently has fewer than 55,000 miles. Over the past few weeks, I have been experiencing a grinding/creaking noise when turning the steering wheel, particularly during low-speed right turns and when the steering wheel is turned while reversing. The noise also occurs occasionally steering forward and has
... become progressively louder and more frequent. In addition to the noise, the steering wheel intermittently catches or sticks while driving straight and then making a slight steering correction and also when turning in a fixed position. When this occurs, the steering wheel requires noticeably more force than normal to move, especially to the right. This creates inconsistent steering feel and raises concerns about vehicle control and safety. I had the vehicle inspected by my mechanic, who diagnosed the issue as a defective steering rack worm gear. Based on this diagnosis, the recommended repair is replacement of the complete steering rack assembly. Given the relatively low mileage of this vehicle and the potential safety implications of intermittent steering binding, I believe this represents a defect in the steering system that should be investigated.Read more

The dealer stated that it drives normal but also stated that power loss is now forced by software after the 68C Recall Software Update and it is now normal to lose electrical motive power in order to keep the battery from getting hot. The danger is that this happens unexpectedly in the past, and happened unexpectedly again, causing traffic around me to take action. It is important to note that this phenomenon occurred today and generally occurs usually below 45-50% Hybrid Battery Charge.Read more

Upon purchasing a used 2023 Silverado, on the first night of ownership, I found the headlight on the passenger side to be defective. The high beams activated approximately a full second slower than the driver's side. It took me a few days to confirm what I was seeing, where I immediately reached out to help from the Chevy dealership it was purchased from. After back and forth, the dealership refus
... ed to fix this saftey item as it was "still operational just not 100%" or something to that affect (not a direct quote). The extended warranty company doesn't typically cover headlight housing. The dealership locally says both headlights need replacement. Chevy Corp is involved, under claim 104164057. I've brought to their attention that I have found several reports of this defect online for similar vehicles and model year. My contention is that, particularly due to being the passenger side, this malfunction could lead to accidents and collisions due to distraction of troubleshooting, and the delay of lighting on the side where animals and night hazards typically come from. I've read online reports of these headlights may take up to 3 seconds between sides to both activate, with one side running slower than the other, and eventual failure where the switching mechanism will get stuck. A Chevy dealer confirmed the defect and recommended replacement of both headlights, at my cost, for approximately $4000. Chevy is still investigating and trying to find a conclusion with the dealership, but I contest that I have malfunctioning saftey equipment that could lead to harm or injury, and at the moment, both dealer and manufacturer have been unwilling to resolve the issue. The failure occurs both in auto-headlight and manual modes.Read more

This vehicle has the Hyundai 1.6L GDI engine, which has been recalled in other Hyundai models, just not the 2014 Accent. Just after passing 100,000 miles, this vehicle's check engine light came on indicating something was wrong with the camshaft timing. We brought it to a mechanic and found out the camshaft sprockets on the exhaust are faulty and it requires a new timing chain as well. If these re
... pairs were not done, the engine would seize up and fail. The repair is estimated to cost $2,800, but this issue is the same as on other 1.6L GDI engines that have been recalled and either replaced or rebuilt. We would like this vehicle added to Hyundai's recall of the 1.6L GDI engines and our money for this repair to be reimbursed.Read more

No restart after auto start/stop engaged. The engine failed to restart on its own from a complete stop at a traffic light and road intersection with the auto start/stop function engaged. This occurred at a very busy intersection on a road under construction. I had passengers in the truck with outside temperatures above 100 degrees. Traffic was extremely heavy and other vehicles were honking he
... avily. The vehicle would not re-start even after many attempts to push the ignition re-start button. At first I thought it was a battery issue but when pushing the ignition button there was absolutely no response by the starter. I was in a panic so I did not take a photo of the dash but everything seemed to go dead. I opened the door, got out and popped the hood. I checked the battery terminals. They seemed tight. I got back in the truck and pushed the starter button and the engine started like nothing was wrong and worked fine the rest of the day. This is the only the next morning so I have not driven the vehicle today or contacted the dealer service department yet. I intend to do so. I believe my truck experienced an Auto Idle Stop Restart Failure. I have read that opening and closing the door resets the vehicle's electrical system, allowing the push-button start to engage again. It seems this might be what happened when I got out to check the battery and then re-entered the vehicle. This situation left me and my passengers in a very dangerous situation. There were no warning lamps, messages or symptoms of the problem prior to the failure. I have read that this exact situation is a reoccurring issue with my model and year Honda Ridgeline and that Honda has not been able to effectively resolve this problem. This is a very serious problem and now I am almost afraid to drive my Honda truck which is almost new. Please help to correct this problem quickly as it creates very dangerous situations. I will be contacting the dealer service department today.Read more

COMPONENTS FAILED & EVIDENCE: 4 dry-rotted Kumho Crugen Premium tires, size 225/60R17, DOT 272A YANH 1319. Replaced due to hazard. High-definition photo proof of the severe dry rot defects, deep tread cracking, and the 2019 date stamps discovered upon removal is fully preserved and available.SAFETY RISK & CONCEALMENT: Operating on 7-year-old structurally compromised rubber posed a severe blowout l
... iability on the highway. At delivery, 3 of the 4 tires were mounted inside-out. This reversed mounting placed the worst dry rot cracking and the 4-digit date code (1319, meaning March 2019 manufacture) on the inner undercarriage, actively obscuring a critical safety defect and the expiration date from a standard consumer visual inspection.NEGLIGENT INSPECTION HISTORY: The dealer had physical possession of this vehicle twice: first for pre-sale certification, and second for post-sale service. Prior to the second release, the consumer explicitly texted instructions to ensure the vehicle was completely safe with no issues. The service bay subsequently texted back confirming they performed a "once over" and verified "no issues." The dealer twice failed its duty of care, ignored a critical hazard, and falsely certified road-readiness. Corporate legal has been notified and is stonewalling.DISCOVERY & SEVERE SYMPTOMS: Failure was discovered only after a nail punctured the rear passenger tire, prompting a close inspection of all four wheels. Two weeks prior, all 4 tires simultaneously dropped to half-capacity air pressure. This simultaneous deflation indicates the extensive dry rot completely compromised the rubber compound's structural integrity and ability to hold air pressure, creating a progressive failure condition. ALL 4 TIRES WERE SEVERELY DRYROT.Read more
