Truck was repaired under recall 20S31 to repair the master cylinder issue in November 2020. Just the other day the master cylinder went out again and my brakes went out while driving. There clearly was an inadequate repair and Ford so far is not open to covering the expensive repair costs to this critical safety issue.

On September 3, 2023, the fuel pump failed while the truck was in the corner of an on-ramp for an interstate. The truck immediately lost power while in the corner causing a loss of control of steering. On March 17, 2026, while my vehicle was parked, I observed light smoke coming from the rear seatback, followed by a visible burn/melt mark in the seat fabric. I believe this occurred due to concentrated reflection of sunlight from nearby house windows onto the rear seat. Door Latches freeze in cold temps and prevent my doors from latching closed. I held an extended warranty on my vehicle and reported to my local dealership, but they would not repair since I could not replicate the issue after the fact. The newer models of my vehicle have this listed as a recall item, but they fail to recognize that the same thing is happening to my vehicle.
