The vehicle was then taken to a dealer where it remained in their possession for three months before the contact was informed that they were performing an oil consumption test. The contact was advised to bring the vehicle back at 1,000 to continue the oil test. After 1,000, the contact was informed that the engine showed no sign of excessive oil consumption. The contact then stated that while driving at 35 MPH, the vehicle shut off without warning as the contact managed to coast the vehicle into a nearby parking lot. The contact attempt to restart the vehicle; however, the engine failed to start. Due to the failure, the vehicle was towed to his independent mechanic where they diagnosed the vehicle with engine failure. The vehicle was then towed to another dealer(Diehl Hyundai of Sharon-1251 E State St, Sharon, PA 16146) where the vehicle remained in their possession for two months were they replaced the engine and vehicle starter. Upon return of vehicle while driving at 55 MPH, the front end of the vehicle began to violently shake and the contact immediately contacted the dealer. We were notified by Toyota that it was unsafe to transport our children in the second row seats in November 2025 and the vehicle was under a recall. This puts our children at risk such that we cannot use the vehicle for its intended purpose, namely, transporting our three young children. A letter from NHTSA stated Toyota would have a remedy by 12/6. The manufacturer (Toyota) confirmed this recall.

Continental told me I could take to a tire center that sells Continental tires to have them inspected. Took to Discount Tire and they submitted information to Continental Tire. They responded with a prorated amount of $230.00 total for the 2 rear tires only. The rep with Discount Tires informed me that all 4 of my tires came from the same manufacturing plant and same lot. I am concerned that my front tires will start to peel or pit like the other 2 tires. We have maintained regular tire rotations and maintenance on our vehicle. We also do not drive on gravel or dirt roads or aggressively and the vehicle is kept in our garage. I am now looking at having to replace all the tires because I am concerned about driving with the tires in their current condition. But Tesla's own VIN-linked telemetry, which Tesla provided me via Privacy Portal data request, contains: 28 Autopilot FAULT events on 14 of 27 retained days; 1 ABORTING event matching my report to the minute; and 17 highway-speed (>=50 mph) phantom-brake-class hard decelerations <= -0.20 g. The worst event: 4/28/2026 at 2:12 PM EDT, less than 90 minutes after Tesla returned the vehicle. Autopilot was in ACTIVE_NOMINAL state with cruise engaged at 63.6 mph. System produced an unprompted -0.252 g (-2.47 m/s^2) deceleration. Driver was not braking; system was driving. Additional phantom brakes: -0.297 g at 62.9 mph on 5/2/2026; -0.294 g at 70.0 mph on 5/3/2026. Multiple Take Over Immediately alerts without explanation. Camera Blocked alerts in clear conditions. Driver-monitoring system flagged 'hands NOT detected' on 339 of 684 monitoring detection events during the 27-day window despite hands being on the wheel — the recall remedy mechanism is failing on this vehicle. This vehicle is in scope for NHTSA Recall Query RQ24009 (open), investigating whether the 23V838 OTA remedy actually fixed the underlying Autosteer defect. Right and center rear passenger seat belt sensors are malfunctioning. Despite passengers wearing their seatbelts, the dashboard and warning alarms signal that they are not wearing their seatbelts. I am concerned for the safety of my children who need to be in the back seats and fear that the seat belt system and sensors are not reliable.

The failed component is installed behind the windshield and is available for inspection upon request. The dealer stated that no accident, physical damage, misuse, or external cause was identified. After the camera failure was identified, the vehicle also briefly displayed a transmission system warning message that later cleared on its own. In addition, the center display screen has shown unstable behavior while driving, including unexpected resets and flashing back to the navigation screen. I purchased a brand new brinkley rv on 2/18/2026 the hitch where it connects to my vehicle on the rv side has a major CRACK in the frame . my rv came equipped with the the LIPPERT TCS suspension and I am experiencing a suspension failure where the suspension parts are falling off as I am driving without warning .i did a post trip i
... n spection because i notice a significant change in the way the rv was handling and i found this : the bolts that hold the axles are hitting the frame . shock bolts are shearing off and coming loose , shock absorbers are falling off . bump stops are falling off and i lost one on the highway back from [XXX] . the unit has less than 2500 miles on it . if a shock absorber or other suspension parts fall off it could cause a catastrophic accident . the curt TCS failure are going viral on you tube the rv is currently in my driveway and it is unsafe to transport .
