The CEL light came on and when it was checked by a Ford Dealership, they said there was coolant intrusion and the engine block or entire engine needs to be replaced. Evidently this is a well known problem at Ford but they never let me know, never issued a recall, and now I have to replace an entire engine instead of just some part. The cost of replacement is as much as the car is worth.

The moonroof on our F-150 exploded going down the interstate. Nothing was hit and it sounded like a gunshot. The headliner remains intact with no damage and glass blew out at an upward angle. We submitted to Ford for a warranty claim but they denied it. Based on my research this is a known problem from Ford and they are not addressing it.

2 different issues- 1st issue was Ford factory fuel filter leaked at a seam. Resulting in fuel loss all over engine! 2nd issue is fuel filter inlet line retaining clip comes unclipped on its own resulting in fuel loss all over the engine. Both incidents happened during long distance travel which also resulted in several gallons of fuel drenching whole undercarriage of vehicle.
