WE PURCHASED THE MOTOR HOME FROM CAMPING WORLD IN JUNE OF 2025. IT WAS TRANSPORTED TO TEXAS AND WE FLEW TO PICK IT UP. WHEN WE WENT TO VIEW THE MOTOR HOME THERE WAS TAPE ON TWO OF THE WINDOWS, AND WHEN I QUESTIONED WHY, THEY STATED THAT THE BRACKET BROKE AND THEY WOULD FIX IT. WHEN WE PICKED IT UP TO DRIVE HOME THE WINDOWS NO LONGER HAD TAPE ON IT AND WE ASSUMED THAT THEY HAD REPLACED THE BRAC

WE FURTHER CHECKED AND FOUND THIS WAS A PROBLEM ON ALL THE VENTED WINDOWS. WE TOOK IT TO CAMPING WORLD IN AKRON, OHIO AND THEY STATED THAT OUR VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED EVEN THOUGHT THE WINDOWS HAD FAIL AS THE RECALL WARNED. THEY SAID THAT THEY CALLED THOR, BUT THEY SAID IT WAS NOT COVERED. WE CALLED THOR BUT THEY TOO SAID IT WAS NOT COVERED. I ASK HOW THAT COULD BE SINCE IT WAS A 2019 AND THAT THE FAILURE WAS EXACTLY WHAT HAD HAPPENED ON OUR COACH. THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO US AND IT HAS BEEN A YEAR AND WE HAVE NOT HEARD A THING. We experience a sticking between 11 and 1 when driving at slow (parking lot) speeds and at highway speeds. It makes it more difficult to drive on the high around long turns, because if it's a gentle turn, holding the right angle of turn is difficult if it's sticking around that area. This can lead to unintentional swerving. This is an ongoing issue.

In multiple incidents, the tailgate has begun to close while I am loading or unloading items from the trunk, hitting me in the head. My natural reaction is to lift up, causing injury to my neck. The dealer unsuccessfully "fixed" the problem. Additionally, and unrelated to the closing problem, on multiple occasions, upon pushing the close button on the tailgate when it was in an open position, t

Two issues here. First is that the car will give a danger warning when nothing is there. Sometimes goes as far as slamming on my breaks. Both in drive and reverse. Second is the lane keep assist. It’s like it is working backwards. I turned this all off because it would jerk me out of the lane and into the other lane or off to the sides of the road.

My 2025 Tesla Cybertruck AWD (VIN: [XXX] ) was returned to me after the first service visit (Invoice XXX Tesla Palo Alto, 8/22/2025) with the Pedestrian Warning System (PWS) speaker disconnected. The disconnection occurred during front-end service work at that visit, which included front fascia inspection and removal. The technician did not reconnect the PWS speaker before returning the vehi
... cle. The disconnection was not discovered until the second service visit (Invoice XXX, Tesla Palo Alto, 9/18/2025), at which point Tesla's own invoice documented: "The issue was caused by a disconnected front pedestrian warning speaker. Technician reconnected the front pedestrian warning speaker to resolve the issue." The [XXX] s therefore operated with a disconnected PWS for approximately 4 weeks — from August 22 to September 18, 2025 — without my knowledge. During this entire period, the vehicle was not emitting the required audible low-speed alert. The PWS emits an audible alert at low speeds to warn pedestrians, cyclists, and visually impaired individuals of the vehicle's approach. This system is required under FMVSS 141 (Minimum Sound Requirements for Hybrid and Electric Vehicles). This is a service-inflicted deactivation of a federally-required pedestrian safety system. The deactivation was caused by Tesla's Palo Alto service center (4180 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA 94306) during routine warranty repair work. The vehicle was returned to me without disclosure of the disconnection. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)Read more

Check engine light turned on. Dealership inspected it and advised me there was a PO456 error code. My understanding is that a P0456 code on a 2022 Ford Bronco indicates a very small leak in the Evaporative Emission (EVAP) system, which prevents fuel vapors from escaping into the atmosphere. The most common cause is a faulty canister purge valve. The dealership advised me that this issue was not co

However, I am formally submitting a complaint to investigate if this issues is related to the open recall that Ford doesn’t have a fix for yet; Manufacturer Recall Number25S76 NHTSA Recall Number25V467. I am filing this complaint regarding my GMC Yukon Denali, currently at Greg Lair GMC in Canyon, Texas, for GM Safety Recall N252494000, NHTSA Campaign Number 25V274, L87 Engine Loss of Propulsion. My vehicle has been at the dealership for over two weeks for this recall, which in my case requires a complete engine replacement. I have been advised the repair may take another 4 to 5 weeks. During th
... is time, neither General Motors nor Greg Lair GMC has provided a comparable loaner vehicle or adequate transportation. This is not routine maintenance, elective service, or damage caused by me. My vehicle is unavailable because of a GM safety recall involving potential engine damage, engine failure, and loss of propulsion. The burden of this manufacturer issue should not be placed on the customer. I was told GM only can reimburse $44 per day for a rental. That amount does not reasonably cover a comparable vehicle to a Yukon Denali and may not even cover a basic rental in the current market. A compact sedan or small vehicle is not an acceptable substitute for a full size SUV. I pay for and rely on a Yukon Denali because my family needs the seating capacity, space, size, safety, and functionality of a full size vehicle. My family has more people than seats available in many compact vehicles. Being forced into a smaller vehicle is not only inconvenient, it creates a safety and functionality concern. If this recall is widespread and repair times are expected to take several weeks, General Motors should have ensured that dealerships had access to comparable loaner vehicles or adequate rental authorization. I should not have to compromise my family’s safety, transportation needs, work obligations, or daily responsibilities because of a manufacturer safety recall and complete engine replacement. I am requesting that this complaint be documented and reviewed. General Motors and Greg Lair GMC should provide a comparable full size SUV loaner, arrange and pay for a full size SUVRead more

I am filing a safety complaint regarding my Cadillac Escalade due to a transmission/valve body failure occurring at approximately 77,100 miles. After researching the issue, I discovered numerous other GM owners reporting similar transmission valve body failures involving Cadillac Escalades and other GM full-size SUVs and trucks equipped with similar transmissions. The widespread nature of the failures and the nationwide parts shortage raise serious concerns regarding reliability and potential safety defects. This issue creates a significant safety concern because transmission failure can affect acceleration, shifting, drivability, and the vehicle’s ability to operate safely in traffic conditions. I am requesting that NHTSA investigate these transmission valve body failures and the related nationwide parts shortage affecting GM vehicles.Read more

VEHICLE SAFETY COMPLAINT STATEMENT Prepared for NHTSA Submission Regarding Recall 26V237 / 26S28 To: National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) Subject: Report of Accident and Vehicle Control Loss Due to Defect Specified in Recall 26V237 VEHICLE INFORMATION: Year/Make/Model: 2016 Ford F-150 VIN: [XXX] INCIDENT DESCRIPTION: In March, while driving during a snowstorm, the vehicle experi
... enced a sudden and unexpected loss of traction and stability. Without warning, the rear wheels appeared to lock or drastically reduce speed, causing the truck to slide uncontrollably and strike a roadside barrier. Following the initial impact, while attempting to move the vehicle to a safe location as instructed by insurance/authorities, the engine suddenly stalled and shut down completely while in motion, nearly resulting in a second high-speed collision with the vehicle ahead. CORRELATION WITH RECALL 26V237: In May, I received a Safety Recall Notice (Ford Recall 26S28 / NHTSA Recall 26V237). The description of the defect—an "unexpected downshift to a lower gear causing abrupt wheel speed reduction and rear tire slide"—exactly matches the catastrophic event I experienced in March. The recall also notes that the engine may malfunction or stall, which occurred during my incident. IMPACT & DAMAGES: The insurance company evaluated the damage at approximately $6,000 for structural repairs. However, the vehicle remains unsafe and mechanically compromised. Despite the structural fixes, the core safety defect involving the transmission and engine software remains unresolved as Ford has stated that a remedy will not be available until July 2026. REQUEST: I am filing this formal complaint to document that the defect in Recall 26V237 resulted in a real- world accident and total loss of vehicle utility prior to the notification being sent.
