-The hub bolt in the rear axle broke. Truck had to be towed to dealership. Problem was confirmed by dealership. There was no warning lamp and only found out due to flat tire. -In 12/2022, power train failure left vehicle "dead" in the middle of the highway with family of four stranded 400 miles away from home.

The rear speed sensor on my 2021 Ford Escape Hybrid is fused to the differential due to corrosion. The failure disables safety systems (ABS/Traction Control), and the design requires a $800+ partial teardown of the drivetrain to fix a basic sensor. This is a design defect that prevents safety-critical repairs.

While I the vehicle was on, the seat belt malfunctioned. The issue appears to be the same one described in the recall. During the incident, the belt tightened / locked unexpectedly and caused significant pressure to my chest. Since then I’ve been experiencing chest pain. The air bag light in the car is now on.

2016 F150 5.0L 6 speed transmission. Lead Frame failure, Output Shaft Speed Sensor failure/lost communication with PCM. Truck had poor shifting, poor driving, eventually locked in 5th gear and went into limp mode. Only downshifted into 3rd When slowing to a stop. Continued limp mode. Dealer replaced lead frame after diagnosis of the failures.
