Honda has a known defect with the engine of these vehicles. Specifically the 2013 that I own. I contacted them years ago when their first warranty extension expired because I was never contacted and my vehicle exhibited symptoms right after expiration( bulletin 13-061). Now they have done it again with bulletin 25-061. It expired Jan 2026 and they NEVER notified me, if they didn’t tell me they d
... idn’t tell others. This is ridiculous and they should be ashamed and forced to fix my vehicle. This is a $6000 dollar repair due to their oversight. I contacted them in the past and my vehicle is actively registered so I should have gotten a notice for this available extension. Honda should be held liable to fix this. I have had this vehicle serviced by Honda for other things so they have my information and know this vehicle exists.Read more

I have been a user of Tesla's "Full Self Driving" technology for four years. In one of the last major updates, the company removed the ability of the driver to manually set a "cruise control set point" to maintain a safe speed. Instead, they employed a new system with five "drive profiles," which included "sloth," "chill," "standard," "hurry," and "Mad Max." The problem is that only two of th
... ose stay anywhere near the speed limit. "Sloth" will go the speed limit, "Chill" is about 2 mph over the speed limit, "Standard" is about 7 mph over the speed limit, "Hurry" is 12 mph over the speed limit, and "Mad Max" is probably 15-17 mph over. Sloth and Chill will remain in the right lane, rarely passing another vehicle, but all the others will include lane changes. And all of these profiles DO NOT MAINTAIN A SAFE FOLLOWING DISTANCE. Users have been complaining about the cars tailgating, sometimes as close as 3 car lengths at 70 mph. However, sometimes conditions necessitate slower speeds...like Work Zones. I live near Denver, and I-70 has a work zone that will be in existence until 2029. The car doesn't recognize the 45 mph speed limit, bouncing back and forth between 45 and 65. FSD must be disengaged completely to follow the 45 mph speed limit. Which brings up the other problem. In many areas, THE SPEED LIMITS ARE WRONG. In Texas, there are areas where the speed limit is 70, and the car thinks it's 55. In New Mexico, the speed limit is 70, but the car thinks it's 60. THERE IS NO SPEED PROFILE THAT WILL MAINTAIN THE LEGAL LIMIT. Tesla also has a mechanism that's supposed to allow users to report problems, but some of these I've been reporting for over three years. They refuse to tell us where we can update the information (Grok says "HERE," Tom Tom, Open Street Maps), and they are NOT fixing the speeds on the maps.Read more

After a recall repair was performed on my vehicle at Central Ford on 3/5/2026, the check engine light came on right afterward. The dealership has had my vehicle for a total of approximately seven weeks across these visits. Despite multiple repair attempts, t
... he issue has not been resolved, and the check engine light remains on and continues to return the same day the dealer claims it has been fixed. The dealership has been unable to provide a permanent fix or clear explanation for the ongoing problem. I am concerned that the recall repair was either performed improperly or has resulted in a new defect affecting the vehicle’s reliability and potentially its safety. At this point, my vehicle remains unreliable and may not be safe to operate. I am requesting that this issue be investigated, as the recall remedy appears to be ineffective in my case. The vehicle in question is a 2022 Tesla Model Y with approximately 60,000 miles. Tesla has advised that four bushings on the rear transfer case require replacement. Given the relatively low mileage and age of the vehicle, this level of wear is highly concerning and suggests a potential manufacturing defect. Bushings in comparable vehicles are generally expected to last well beyond 100,000 miles,

Tesla should promptly investigate this issue and consider issuing a recall or service campaign to address the defect. I own a Hyundai Elantra with approximately 103,000 miles. The vehicle has developed an intermittent issue where the engine will suddenly stall while driving. This most often occurs when I am decelerating and turning, such as when entering or navigating roundabouts. At the time of the stall, multiple warning indicators appear simultaneously, including the check engine light, battery warning light,
... and a “no key detected” message. There are no prior warning signs before the failure occurs—no unusual noises, no loss of power leading up to the event, and no dashboard warnings in advance. The stall is sudden and unexpected. When the vehicle stalls, I must quickly shift into park and restart the engine. The car restarts immediately without hesitation, and all warning lights disappear. The vehicle then operates normally again until the issue randomly reoccurs. This has happened multiple times. This issue creates a safety risk because the vehicle loses power unexpectedly while in motion, particularly during low-speed turns and in roundabouts, which could increase the risk of a collision due to sudden loss of propulsion and reduced control. The problem has not yet been formally diagnosed by a dealer or independent repair shop, but based on research and similar reported cases, it may be related to an intermittent engine or electrical signal failure. The issue has not yet been inspected by the manufacturer, police, or insurance representatives. UNKNOWN as to the exact failed component, but the failure appears to involve a sudden loss of engine operation without warning, followed by immediate recovery upon restart.Read more

I am writing to formally report a dangerous safety failure on my Ford F-150 that persists after having the recommended recall service (19S07) performed. While traveling at highway speeds, my vehicle experienced an uncommanded downshift from 6th gear to 1st gear. This caused an immediate and violent deceleration, nearly resulting in a high-speed rear-end collision. This exact failure is the core sa
... fety issue addressed by Ford's powertrain control module (PCM) recall, yet the "fix" provided has failed to protect the vehicle from this life-threatening defect. I took the truck to Bolivar Ford in Tennessee for resolution. However, the dealership refused to perform any further repairs under the recall. They stated that because of my current mileage, the recall coverage has "expired." Furthermore, they diagnosed the issue as a faulty lead frame sensor—the very component linked to these downshift events—and quoted me $2,500 just to begin the repair process. A safety recall is intended to permanently rectify a defect that poses a risk to life and limb. The fact that the vehicle is still performing this dangerous maneuver after the recall was "accomplished" suggests the initial remedy was insufficient or the underlying hardware remains defective. I am requesting that Ford Motor Company intervene to ensure this vehicle is repaired at no cost to me. Given the severity of the safety risk, I do not believe mileage should disqualify a customer from having a documented, lethal defect corrected—especially when the first repair attempt failed. I look forward to your immediate response regarding how Ford intends to resolve this safety matter.Read more

While traveling at normal highway speeds (55 MPH), the vehicle's battery capacity rapidly dropped from 80-90% down to 10% in less than 30 seconds, resulting in activation of the vehicle's "turtle mode" and power throttling, which made it impossible to maintain posted highway speed of 55 MPH. A warning appeared on the dashboard, which stated, "Warning Power Reduced". The vehicle traveled at approxi

Upon pulling over to the side of the freeway, the battery charge rebounded back up to 75%, but maintained power throttle, making it unsafe to reenter the roadway, as the vehicle was incapable of accelerating to the posted speed limit of 55 MPH.
