Every time there was any miniscule imperfection in the road, I would lose control of steering and the car would move into other lanes, unable to immediately correct it. Missing lug nut due to stud snapping off, when trying to replace it, all studs also broke off. All bolts in front caliper and caliper brackets also broke off, along with rear caliper snapping 3 days after vehicle purchase. Car is not drivable after having it 3 months. Multiple times while driving on highway the car would malfunction and lose power or steering wheel would lock up. Since I got the car in January, 2024 I have had system failure messages pop up randomly. I have tried to get Fisker to address this issue, but I have had ZERO response from them. I’ve opened online requests for service and they have gone unanswered. So when these failures occur, I’ll be driving and then will notice the car not keeping me in the lane and the failure message would appear.

I reported to Subaru of America and was told this is happening in almost every 2024 Subaru. They paid for and provided headphones which causes me to need to use telephone navigation instead of built in to car CarPlay navigation.

Given the affected element is similar to other structural iparts used in the vehicle’s frame, failure of their structural integrity may cause failure of a portion of the frame, leading to additional risks to occupants, surrounding humans, vehicles and property. 3. The rusted assembly is not easily visible so that a warning to owners highlighting this potential risk to life should be sent ASAP. 4. Inspection of undercarriages of this and similar vehicles should be mandated to determine the existence of rust-damaging structural integrity. 5. They have replaced a strut and lubed the car, which helped temporarily, but the problems began again soon afterwards. 4/24/24 Vehicle began de accelerating quickly, going from 50mph to 28mph. The oil light came on, followed immediately by engine light, then seconds later, complete engine failure. Towed to dealership, where I was informed a week later that the engine needed to be replaced again. Ford replaced engine 1.5 years ago when another catastrophic failure occurred. This second incident could have resulted in serious injury to me, as it occurred on a busy road with no shoulder.
