The ignition switch (push start button) stopped working. At the time, the key fob batteries were new. The key fobs were still working - the lock/unlock worked, the trunk release worked, and the remote start even worked. Date is ongoing since November 2023. I am writing to report a safety concern related to the key fob of my Fisker Ocean One. On December 10 & 22, 2023, March 20 & 29, 2024, I have been locked out of the car for prolonged periods of time of more than 30 minutes and up to 5 hours. Issues continues daily which leaves me stranded and unable to access the car in an emergency. I cannot properly secure the vehicle against theft and unauthorized use, and it deactivates the vehicle's immobilizer system. Continuous signal transmission from a defective key fob can drain the vehicle's battery leading to further reliability. I believe this is a significant safety issue that could potentially affect other Fisker Ocean owners. Vehicle has been in limp mode unable to accelerate and Fisker reps cannot repair for 75+ days. I have sent two service requests to Fisker Inc. for a critical safety failure. The rear drivers side door will not unlock. I have verified it is not in child lock. If I ever have to access my grandkids quickly, it will become a serious situation. I have also sent Fisker a video of the problem. There are other multiple issues with this 6 month old vehicle. When I am driving sometimes I feel the steering wheel “sticks” and I have to apply more pressure to “break” the lock in order to steer it. I have noticed it at highway speeds and even on some curves which I believe makes it easier to accidentally over correct. Loss of braking occurs when either slowing down using regen braking or applying brakes if driving over uneven or rough pavement. For example going or railroad tracks. Lane keep assistance pulls car into turn while driving around on ramps. It should not pull you into turn of same direction. Blind spot warnings are intermittent and requires reset of software or pulling over and retarting car.

After reporting multiple times to Fisker about the Brake pedal, which is very loose (lots of gap between the pedal resting position to the braking , no response from them. I have several incidents about stopping the car, either delayed response or sudden stopping which makes it unpredictable. Needs immediate attention to fix the brake pedal.
