When I got the car home I started cleaning and seen mold under the weather mats. 1 month after purchase the sun roof and sun shade stopped working. The smell got worse and I noticed every time it rains the floor is soaking wet. Massive amounts of water is draining into the car from the rear seats causing black mold.

The car was even under the factory warranty when many of these issues were first reported. The vehicle has a documented history of engine-related issues, which are as follows: 1. February 25, 2023: The car exhibited a drivetrain malfunction warning and check engine light. The diagnosis revealed an issue with cylinder 6 fuel injector, which had an internal electrical fault. The fuel injector was replaced, and the problem was temporarily resolved. 2. February 27, 2023: Another drivetrain malfunction warning occurred. The diagnosis showed a misfire in cylinder 6 due to a faulty ignition coil and spark plug. Both the ignition coil and spark plug were replaced. 3. While shifting from 2nd into 1st gear prior to entering a turn, the gear selector lifter shaft snapped off, resulting in the bike getting stuck in neutral. This is an extremely dangerous situation for a motorcyclist and I have never heard of this situation in my 20+ years of riding. I was very lucky this happened while only traveling ~15 mph.

Sometimes I have to press buttons multiple times to get a window to close. Buttons only work sporadically. 3 - 8 days ago, I received an over the air update, as required for the last Ocean recall (for which I did NOT receive the letter supposedly mailed by Fisker), and my car will no longer go into gear. It has been sitting in my garage for over a week; local and mobile techs working with a software engineer are unable to fix the issue. The diagnostic software indicates that there are no problems or errors with the car, but it will not go into any gear at all. Fisker no longer employs customer service representatives, so there is no one to answer emails, assign tickets, or respond to social media, which was the only way an owner could get in touch with the company. Furthermore, there is no one left to answer the phones, including the number that has been given regarding the 3 active car recalls. The majority of service tech have been laid off with the bankruptcy filing, and the handful that are left in the country have been directed not to assist current customers, but rather to devote their time to preparing remaining inventory for sale. I had to pay $215 for a wheel from a company in Wisconsin that had to ship it to me. and it is a used wheel that has a lot of curb rash, damages to it, so who knows how long it will withstand daily driving. I had to buy a new tire for $115 and wait for that to be shipped so I could pick up. Then I had to pay to have the tire put on the wheel and balanced. This also left me on the side of the road for four hours waiting for a tow truck which was very dangerous. Which my insurance only paid partial because of the distance that I was to my home. They charged me an additional $40 on top of what my car insurance paid them. All of this caused a lot of anxiety being on the side of an interstate waiting for a tow truck because my whole rim split in half. And the stress of figuring out how to pay for it all to be repaired so I could stop borrowing a car just to get to and from work. I called the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from Cable Dahmer Cadillac of Kansas City and the person in the parts department basically told me it wasn't anyone's fault and he didn't have any information on how I could file a claim with Cadillac/GM directly before coming here to file a claim. I also filed a claim with the state of Missouri so they are aware the shoulder/road on the interstate in that location needs repaired so this doesn't happen to anyone else.Read more
