The main infotainment screen does not function. The car reboots itself every 5-6 minutes while driving. This temporarily disables all the seat sensors, signals or anything that requires electrical. The regenerative braking is also disabled. Furthermore, I can not control any Heat, AC, defrosters, which is extremely dangerous during the winter season.

Mechanics said that they see this on all new chevy trucks that the bracket causes the rubber brake line to rub on the bracket holding it in place also causing it to stretch and tear. Resulting in a over 500 dollar fix. The brakes failed on the interstate causing them to lock up. Almost killing me and my daughter but was able to gain control of the vehicle and save it.

The Center Panel commonly known as ICC does not boot up normally. The ICC basically is the central computer of the vehicle which controls all ADAS systems, HVAC, Charging, Audio and all connectivity. ... f plastic tab about 1-inch long by 0.5-inch wide and connected to a release cable. The plastic tab color is black, under the carpeting, and within an area coated in black coloring. The location of the release is below the rear seating above the floor boards, behind the rear passengers' footwell. The location is not intuitive or obvious and likely could not be located without reading the owner's manual, which passengers are unlikely to do. The location is not labeled inside the vehicle. The tab is small and black, under the carpeting that has to be moved to locate the tab, and provided with a black background. Passengers of limited mobility would not be able to locate and access the pull tabs to release the doors. Small children would not able able to locate and access the pull tabs without climbing off the seat and into the footwell. The pull force must be directed to the center of the vehicle. No mechanic exterior door releases are provided. In an emergency where the vehicle is without 12v electrical power, opening a rear passenger door would require an open rear window, or breaking the window to open access, climbing partially into the vehicle to the other side of the passenger's legs, locating the release below the carpeting, and pulling the release while simultaneously pulling the door outward to open. No labelling for this process is provide, nor is this maneuver detailing in the owner's manual. The side curtain airbags have a risk of rupture due to a manufacturing defect, sending metal fragments into the cabin. We are not able to drive this with our children without risk of injury. The vehicle wad inspected at a Dodge dealership May 2024 and they did not have the new part to replace the defective part. I received a recall letter from Dodge.

Started getting an alarm for abs and traction control alarm with 15000 miles, it would come and go every few thousand miles. Truck now has 44000 miles and the alarm has appeared twice in the past 4000 miles. This almost caused an accident as it disables the abs at any given time. Subsequently, I did the complete 7 step air brake system check and discovered that during total loss of air pressure , the emergency brakes would not auto apply. I replaced the dash hand valve and the problem still persists, so I installed the original valve and took the coach back to Colton Truck Terminal to di
... agnose the problem. Attached is the paper work from Colton Truck Terminal diagnosing the issue and the correction of that issue. Also on that paperwork is the vehicle information. Apparently, two air lines were crossed going into the primary air tank during chassis assembly. Once corrected, the system worked properly. I did not take it to a FL dealer because the chassis is out of warranty and Colton Truck Terminal is a well respected local repair company that almost exclusively works on Class A diesel pusher chassis. My hopes are that FL will reimburse me for this repair that was required as a result of improper initial assembly. My other concern is that there are no other chassis that may have this issue that were built around the same period. Though the emergency brakes could still be manually applied during loss of air pressure, the incorrect assembly prohibited automatic operation as required.
