I owned a 2017 Dodge Challenger which had electrical issues and a defective Uconnect radio system. A few months after purchasing the 2019 Dodge Challenger, I experienced electrical issues. When I tried to exit the vehicle, I could not open the door. I had
... to climb over the center console to exit the vehicle from the passenger side. The key fab battery was replaced but the issue continued. The rear/front suspension failed in 2020. The westbury service department blew my alternator servicing while replacing the radiator and fixing the electrical issue with Uconnect. The driver's side window would not roll down. It was stuck down in 2021. The door panel switches were replaced. The door issue was not resolved. I randomly remained locked out of the vehicle. I complained that the heat would turn on randomly inside of the vehicle. My headlights stopped working twice and my light bulbs were replaced although the bulbs were good. I couldn't see the road in front of me at night and almost drove off of a cliff. The radio/gps/bluetooth system continuously failed ten times. The service department replaced the radio. and amplifiers twice, although they were in working condition. This did not resolve the issue. The Jamaica service department explained that the issues that have been occurring are electrical and tried replacing the fuses to fix the reoccurring issues. When I bought the car to them to fix the radio issue in 2024 my charging and USB ports stopped working. The fuse issue has since caused other safety hazards. They replaced the fuses several times and have explained that the entire electrical component "body harness wiring" must be replaced. I should not be responsible for replacing this part. I bought the vehicle used with 108,xxx miles on it in May of 2024. In July I had in the repair shop for one issue and noticed there was an issue with the Auto Start/Stop. When the Auto Start/Stop is engaged and the brake is depressed it jams into first gear like a standard vehicle when the clutch is released to early. Transmission fluid was checked to be low so it was refilled. I was told to c
... hange my driving habits, which is what I did. I no longer use it because it still has the issue. Move forward to December 2024. I was driving and realized it was skipping 2nd, 4th, and sometimes 6th gears. Upon further research I found that it was normal to happen. When I was driving it home on February 20 I lost 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear. I was close enough home where I was able to get home. When I got home I restarted and still had no lower gears. I let it sit for a couple of hours and drove it again and I had the normal gear shift. I called the dealership and had an appointment scheduled. I was told from that appointment a brand new transmission was needed or a transmission overhaul was needed to fix the issue. I was told to contact Ford Customer Support to find out if there were any options about the warranties that may be out there or recalls about the 10-speed transmission. When I called Ford about the possibility of my 10-speed transmission being under the recall for the transmission I was told that because the VIN did not need to recalled. Upon further research I have found multiple people with this issue in this vehicle. Ford would not cover anything as the vehicle is out of warranty and over 100,000 miles. I was told to file a claim with NHTSA because of the risk it may cause others, but at this time there was nothing more that could be done.Read more

There is a loud clicking noise that comes from the front wheels when making a normal accelerated right or left turn. It’s most noticeable when the car has been sitting the cold for a while. Honda says they are aware of the problem but it is not clear if they know how to fix it. Other Prologue owners have been having their axles replaced under warranty.

I was almost rear-ended by a semi when the vehicle stalled at a light while picking my son up from work. It seems to stall at stop signs or waiting at lights completely. It stalls while idling here and there sometimes. Sometimes when driving on the e-way it jerks as it wants to stall but not completely. The main codes that pop up is u0100. Sometimes p0700 pops up and then sometimes the u0100 pops
... up along with a bunch of other codes. This has just started happening with my previous 2006 Dodge Charger 5.7 which has happened once or twice and a u0100 code pops up when scanned. I've scoured the internet for solutions and notice. There's a lot of people going through this similar situation and it so happens to be the 2006 year that's plagued with this problem. Even getting a new PCM doesn't solve the problem. Whomever is in charge of the Dodge company needs to figure out the exact cause of this problem before a driver/passengers gets injured or killed in an accident because of it.
