The onstar telematics module has stopped functioning. That means I am not receiving any systems updates, cannot use onstar, and cannot use the my Chevrolet app for remote start or remote unlock. I took it to the dealer 2 weeks ago and they said the telematics module is backordered. They did do a number of system updates. After those updates my adaptive cruise control has completely stopped working

First, very hard time trying to file a complaint with Dodge, they make it hard to find info. To make it short, I have a Dodge Durango RT, only 83,000 miles. The vehicle would not start, and was smoking out the back. Was hoping it was something simple brought it to my mechanic. Turns out there was an oil leak, manifold leak and the starter died. I had to tow my car. Called the Dodge company,
... and they flat out said they could NOT HELP me and would not do an escalation because I didn't bring it to a Dodge Dealer but "who knew" I would have all these problems, thought it could be something simple and $2200 later. They were so rude, unhelpful and just horrible service. Keep repeating they would not help me or even have a conversation? The sad part is I really love this vehicle. There needs to be an investigation to see if other customers are having these problems because then it's a manufacturing issue. I know they are a huge company and I just a person to them. But I need to know if this is an ongoing problem??? This is not the normal failure on a vehicle, again maybe this was a factory engine problem while being built.Read more

left-most lane of a three-lane highway, I pressed the accelerator to maintain the flow of traffic. The vehicle suddenly began revving between 4,000–5,000 RPM without increasing speed. When I attempted to accelerate again, the RPM remained around 3,000, and I immediately received multiple warning messages on the dashboard, including: “Skyactiv Partially Disabled” warning Engine Malfunction
... warning ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid) warning light Simultaneously, the vehicle rapidly decelerated from 65 MPH to approximately 55 MPH, creating an extremely hazardous situation and nearly resulting in a collision. I had to carefully maneuver across lanes to reach the shoulder. After shutting the vehicle off and restarting it, the warning lights temporarily cleared; however, the vehicle appeared to be operating in limp mode. I had the car towed home via AAA. After this near-fatal incident, I scanned the vehicle using an OBD2 reader and retrieved diagnostic trouble codes P0780 and P0761, indicating Shift Malfunction and Shift Solenoid 3 Performance issues. To address the issue proactively, I had my mechanic perform two full transmission fluid and filter exchanges on Monday, February 16, 2026, and again on February 18, 2026. Both services included a pan drop, replacement of the transmission filter, use of Mazda OEM transmission fluid (0000A7115QT and FZ01-21-500), and a complete transmission relearn procedure after each service. Despite these efforts, the same codes (P0761 and P0780) reappeared when scanned with a professional-grade diagnostic tool. The battery has been tested and confirmed fully charged. Additionally, my mechanic identified oil leaking from the timing chain cover.Read more

I am filing this complaint due to repeated and dangerous electrical and hybrid system failures in my 2024 Dodge Hornet, which have resulted in sudden loss of acceleration, loss of braking performance, dashboard warning lights, and system malfunctions while driving. The vehicle has been serviced multiple times at Meadowland of Carmel Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram with the following documented incidents:
... • Check engine light and loss of acceleration on highway – Vehicle would not accelerate while driving on the highway. • Repeated highway loss of power – Vehicle drops speed while driving and will not accelerate, requiring me to pull over and shut the vehicle off to regain acceleration. • Battery/Hybrid system malfunction – Vehicle experienced abnormal battery percentage drops and required multiple software flashes and reprogramming of PCM, hybrid control processor, and transmission control modules. • Grinding noise from engine with complete loss of acceleration – Vehicle had to be towed. Dealer found active hybrid generator performance code (P0A92). The motor generator unit (MGU) was found to have failed and required replacement. • All dashboard warning lights illuminated / Drive mode unavailable message – Vehicle would not accelerate and multiple control modules required flashing and updates. • Brake pedal went soft – Loss of normal brake pedal feel was reported. • Electrical communication faults – Stored codes for lost communication with AC compressor control module and cabin air heater module. • Frozen backup camera (intermittent issue not always replicated at dealer) – Rearview camera screen has frozen while reversing, creating risk of collision. The most serious safety concern is the repeated loss of acceleration while driving at highway speeds, forcing me to pull over in active traffic. Additionally, the soft brake pedal and electronic failures raise concerns about braking reliability. These failures create a serious risk of crash or injury to myself and others.Read more

We had to call for a tow truck to have the vehicle taken to a shop. Our daughter had to come from 6 hours away to pick us up. Currently, 02/20/26, the shop that has our vehicle, is trying to get a replacement fuse block and determine if this is part of the recall that should have fixed our original recall issue.Read more

I own a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid and am experiencing an intermittent knocking/clicking noise that appears to come from the drivetrain area. The noise occurs most often during low-speed driving and while turning left or right, particularly on the first drive of the day after the vehicle has been sitting overnight, but it has also occurred at other times while driving. The condition is in
... termittent and does not occur every trip, however it has been heard by multiple drivers. The noise is most noticeable during light acceleration combined with steering input at lower speeds. I have brought the vehicle to the dealership for inspection, but the condition has not yet been duplicated during testing. I am concerned this may indicate a developing drivetrain or axle-related issue that could affect vehicle safety if it worsens while the vehicle is in motion. I am submitting this report so the condition can be documented and evaluated for potential safety concerns affecting this vehicle model.Read more
