The tank holds 14.9 gallons and if the car is empty and on its last drop the car will only allow 12 gallons at best and that takes nearly 20 minutes of fighting with the car at the pump. The electrical in the vehicle is unstable. Multiple times while driving the radio and power to the car just turn off. I have also seen the recalls for the brake problems but when I enter my VIN it comes back all clear. We had a 2017 Chevy Malibu with multiple issues and spoke to Chevrolet about the issues and it wasn't until we traded it in that we started to receive the recall notices. The van began to run rough in the mornings when I first started up. I initially thought a tire was flat. But all tires were fine. It did this several mornings but then would begin driving smoothly as normal about 2-3 minutes after the drive started. Then maybe 20 minutes into the drive the van began to overheat. I turned on the heat and the gauge went down to normal right away and drove as usual. The check engine light stopped blinking but stayed on. No problems for the rest of the hour-long drive. The next day, the same thing happened while i was on the highway. It started overheating, but the overheating lasted longer and intensified at higher speeds, so I had to drive about 24-35 on an expressway. I took it to a Fiat Chrysler Auto/Mopar Service repair shop immediately. The manager suspected that there was a crack in the cylinder and coolant was leaking into possibly the engine or somewhere else. They said they've seen this same crack, in the same location on many other Chrysler Pacificas. They took pictures (see attached) and sent it to FCA/Mopar. It took several weeks for an FCA/Mopar Inspector to come out. But once they did, they confirmed a crack and the van required a new engine. I'm told this engine is on backorder and it will take months before I can get a new one. I've read many stories online of other people having similar issues. The fact that this engine is on backorder for months is telling. The company Chrysler Customer Care/Mopar/Stellantis has not been helpful in providing useful timelines throughout this repair process. In addition to the above issue, I've also had to replace both main (2x) & aux batteries and experienced problems with sliding doors failing to open.Read more

We called the local number attached to the recall and they once again told us that our vehicle was not part of the recall because I guess it was not out of the Kentucky plant . We are having the same issue with our brakes, but it’s not covered in the current recall. My vehicle is currently in the shop and waiting to be repaired. The headlights no matter what bulbs I buy are extremely dim making it unsafe to drive at night. Now truck will not start for some unknown reason. It tries to turn over but will not crank. The mileage flashes NO BUS. I was literally only getting at best 8 miles per gallon.

I've had my car since January 2022. Since last year, there's been a clicking noise once I begin driving & it'll click for awhile. For these past 3 months my check engine light has came on. The message from O'Reilly's read "Evaporative Emissions System Small Leak Detected." The 1st time I was told to get the Emissions System Cleaner. The light went off. Second month, light came back on with the sam
... e message. This time I was told to buy a new gas cap. I did, light never went off. I bought the advance emissions cleaner & the light went off. This being month 3, light came on again June 2nd. Again told to get gas cap, I did & light never went off. Last week Tuesday, getting on the freeway, I accelerated as I got over 5 lanes. When I got to Lane 3, my car jerked & by the time I got to the 5th lane, my vehicle started decelerating, with my traction control light coming on. I pulled over, being on the left side of the freeway. Turned my car off then restarted it and it wouldn't drive though my foot was on the gas pedal. Turned off then back on after a bit and it started driving slow then stopped, turning it off. Sat for a bit longer then started her again. Drove on the shoulder to get a clearance to get to the other side, by the time I got to Lane 3 the car started decelerating again & the traction light came back on. While trying to be safe, I managed to get over the last 2 lanes and had to stop now on the right shoulder of the freeway. Turned it off. Sat for awhile and started it back up so I can get to the next exit. I drove the shoulder & even at a slower speed the car shut off again. Traction light came on each time it decelerate. Sat again for another while. And this time when I turned it back on, it started shaking which I immediately turned it off! I had to get towed. I researched, there's a recall for the time frame my vehicle was manufactured, which was May 2016 for the crankshaft senor causing the engine to stall, which never got fixed on its Carfax I have.Read more
