Anything or anyone locked in the trunk cannot be retrieved by exterior trunk release for an undetermined amount of time. The vehicle's shifter cable brushing was what was originally recalled. The dealership I visited informed me that the vehicle still has concerns about not being able to recognize when the car is in park. This means the vehicle is still unsafe to drive and a remedy has not yet been released for this. The dealership in question was Sky Dodge in Provo UT.

I can't unscrew 4 lug nuts on my rear wheel. I was able to remove just one bought extra tool try to remove them all. Material is like butter, not steel. How engineering could let material like that to be used. I found on the web that a dealer wonna $400 to remove that lugs....

My two nearby dealers (Hudson Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Dutchess Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) both state they sold their tools to work on sprinter vans and refuse to complete the recall. I currently have no nearby options to complete this safety recall, and i cannot get my vehicle inspected.
