The vehicle will be started and running and shut off. Driving down the road and all of the electrical shuts off, stops running and no gages work. You have to put the vehicle in N and restart. This is extremely dangerous as you never know when it will happen. driving down the interstate at 80mph or driving when you can't just pull over to get started again. Driver depressed the brake and the vehicle started. March 7, 2026 driver pulled into a store and when they excited the vehicle, they notice their carplay was still attached to their phone/music. Driver disconnected their phone but notice a dash message “auxiliary connected.” Driver attempted to start the vehicle, but it would not start, however all of the lights, carplay, messages were cycling as if the vehicle was on. When driver attempted to start the vehicle there was no give to the brake and the vehicle would not start. Driver was able to start the vehicle 15 minutes later. March 27, 2026: Driver was stopped at a light and the vehicle turned off and put itself in park. Driver had to contact police t0 block traffic to prevent vehicle from being hit. Vehicle started after 15 minutes. Driver immediately took the vehicle to the dealership. April 2, 2026: Dealership service technician called and said they could not recreate the problem, that all codes were checking out, however they did see a intermittent short in the crank sensor and it was replaced. April 3, Owner pick up the vehicle at 5:30, drove five miles away. Put the car in park to get fuel and the vehicle would not start. Again – “press brake and push button to start” was indicated on the dash but the vehicle could not be started. There is no warning to when this happens. The van has just approx 55000 miles. While driving on highway, it suddenly lost power and from 60mph it came down to 20 miles in a matter of few seconds after few violent jerks. I was lucky that no vehicle was behind me. After that I pulled a side and then again started. It kept jerking and loosing power. Very carefully I got it to a mechanic. They are checking but they say looks like transmission

The steering wheel sticks in a slight right and left turns (from about the 11:00 or 1:00 position) when I straighten out the wheel. It does it on highway on and exit ramps, during passing maneuvers and any slight right or left bends in the road. There are no unusual noises associated with this. It seems to happen more on long drives (2 to 3 hours) and not so much on short drives. It almost feels temperature related as I don't notice this behavior on short drives around town but mostly at higher speeds on expressways. Honda America requested I have it towed to the nearest Honda dealer to diagnose it. It happened on March 11, 2026 and was towed to the dealer that same day, with an appointment to be looked at on Friday March 13, 2026. The dealer diagnosed the subframe detached due to rust and had notified Honda America of this fact. Honda America just notified me today (Monday, March 30, 2026) that they will not assist me in anyway as this particular model Honda has not been recalled or is the result of any defects.
