This dealership charges a $150 per day storage fee for any vehicle that stays at the dealership and I wanted to avoid this fee and pick up the vehicle on the same day the service was completed. ... The headliner AC vent cover fell out while driving striking my minor daughter. We were driving a rental so we did not attempt to correct the issue, leaving the vent cover in the front, but we have found several other incidents reported online of the same issue. We did not take it in for inspection nor were any warning lamps on.

Van is only 2 years old, maybe 30K miles on it, and it dies while in motion from "electrical issues" of some sort, that are not even battery related. Never seen this in a vehicle ever. Happened to my wife twice in one week while transporting children. They are very lucky to be alive still. This model should not be allowed on the market in this condition.
