My infotainment system regularly ghost jumps between screens and adjusts the volume of music (both on CarPlay and regular radio) by itself. While exiting an interstate, the van felt like it had popped out of gear and lost power, and the instrument cluster had the message "Stop safely, vehicle will shut off soon." After extensive research, I discovered hundreds of reports from other Wrangler owners experiencing the same failure in 2018–2021 models, yet Jeep has only issued limited recall coverage, seemingly based on build date rather than known defective components. To make matters worse, no replacement parts are available, either through the dealership or third-party suppliers. I am now left without a fully functioning vehicle and no support or resolution from Jeep or its dealers. This is a widespread and well-documented issue that affects driver safety and should be subject to expanded recall or mandated remedy. They also said that's why I lost power, because the transmission didn't have adequate fluid in it anymore. My tail lights just stopped working. I didn't know that they were out until someone behind me told me that they were out. I didn't have any collision, nothing like that. I called the Ford Dealership and they told me to bring it in so that they can see what the problem is. They have been having issues with tail lights just going out.
