My car's check engine light came on. I took the car to my personal mechanic because it is out of warranty. My mechanic told me that I had a service bulletin issued for the problem I am having, which is cylinder #4 misfire. The service bulletin is 09-002-14 Rev B. I believe my car should be covered under this bulletin especially since Chrylser knew this problem existed since 2014, right after I bought my vehicle, 7/2013. I should have been informed at the time. The service bulletin does not exclude any vehicle. It says Models, not specific models. This repair will cost me over $3,000 and I believe Chrysler should uphold the service bulletin and fix my car. I talked to one customer service representative and that person didn't understand why my car wasn't covered but never called me back like she said she would. ... in Fairflied, California I had my vehicle towed to my mechanic. He also had trouble getting the new hose to fit on my vehicle. My mechanic also consulted with the Chrysler Service Department in Antioch, California. They assured him that was the correct replacement hose that Chrysler had replaced because the original hose had been recalled and they no longer carried the orignal hose. The only problem is my mechanic nor the Firestone mechanics could get it to fit. I have contacted Chrysler several times with them not taking reponsibility for the non fitting hose as the claim my VIN is not one of the vehicles affected. Attached you will find the original recall notice sent to me in 2011, the letter I sent to the address on the recall notice and all the receipts of attempts to fix my vehicle. The letter I sent to the address on the recall notice was returned as "unable to forward". I'm hoping other PTs with VIN not listed had the same problem as I and can cause Chrysler to repair and reimburse such vehicles.Read more

An electrical fire had started from the rear charging area which is located next to the second row drivers side seat. Check engine light appeared on my control panel of my 2017 Pacifica on 3/7/2022. I took my vehicle to Tires Plus to have it fixed. The code that the computer was giving was P000B. It was in the shop for 3 days, they checked and tested all sensors and finally determined that it was R/R CAM PHASER SYL and 0504778AD Timing Solenoid. New parts were installed on 3/12/2022 at $125. I returned on 3/17/2
... 022 after the check engine light came back on, the technicians thought it was a issue with the reset of the check engine light. On 3/19/2022 I returned yet again for the check engine light. Tires Plus was unable to determine what the problem and recommended that I take it to the dealer. On 3/24/2022 I took my vehicle to the dealer for the same issue. They charged my $340 to reprogram and clean the cam shaft sensor. 3/28/2022 the check engine light is on yet again and have appointment to drop back off on Thursday 3/31/2022Read more

Door locks emit a loud, annoying "buzzer sound" when locking. The locking mechanism was inspected by a repair company. The cost to repair was more expensive than we cared to pay.
