Started getting Service Brake System and ABS warnings in July 22. Had the ABS module replaced. Still getting alerts which deactivates the cruise control randomly when the warning appears. Warnings ding randomly and frequently. Apparently the hydraulic control unit needs replaced but the part is not available and can't be ordered now. I'm worried that I will lose my brakes.

11/14/2022: WHILE DRIVING at 75mph, a battery icon appeared in the hybrid info system on left of dash. Immediately after the engine icon appeared, a message that said "shift to P to Start" appeared in the the dash info. The Pacifica image included a red plugged in charging cord and the message "service charging system". Vehicle was pulled to the shoulder and put in park. Attempted to restart vehicle unsuccessfully for 15 minutes. After vehicle started, it was driven to the closest dealership that had a qualified PHEV tech, Frontier Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Lubbock TX. The error codes wouldn't repeat at the dealer. Dealer informed that, in speaking with Chrysler a part remedy had been determined but would require lead time to obtain part. On 12-08-22, the dealership informed us the repair had been made and vehicle was ready for pickup. The code found and repaired was POE15 and electric heater lock up. At pickup, the vehicle had not been fully charged. When driven out of service, the echarge was 24% and it wasn't depleting during operation. This was abnormal. Drove the vehicle from Lubbock to our residence in Taos, NM. Part of the drive includes a canyon, with two lanes, blind curves and zero shoulder. If the vehicle were to lose power in the canyon due to this issue, there is a HIGH PROBABILITY OF CRASH, INJURY, and/or DEATH. The vehicle repeated the issue on 12/12/22, 12/30/22 & at least two more times that are undocumented. Vehicle was towed from Taos to Larry H Miller CJDR in Albuquerque on 1/11/23. We were notified of recall while at dealership. My family's and my lives are at risk due to this recall issue.Read more

The engine oil pressure sensor is failing on a lot of these vehicles at around 60k miles. The repair is costly due to where the sensor is located. Repair is no less than $1000 dollars for a part that costs $180. Took more than 9 weeks to be see by the Dealerships after calling multiple dealers and working with Jeepwave- warranty. After the vehicle was confirm to have a Front Track Bar defect and Steering Dampener defect, the dealer informed me the car "was safe to drive" until parts were available with a 5-6 week window before they'd arrive - due to another defect my vehicle was in the shop for most of that. Upon return of the vehicle, immediate test drive by myself noted the steering is now improved but still inconsistently experiencing the steering wheel shaking (no vibration in the pedals but vibration is noticable for passengers sitting in the vehicle). Called the Dealership again, was told this is just the 1st fix they've been told to try and it'll be another 3 weeks prior to the dealership bringing the vehicle in for "additional diagnostics" without a clear plan for what parts they plan to replace next. Concern for me to send this note - the Vehicle at speeds as low as 62 mph starts to have a pulsating wheel that if roads are icy, an unsuspecting person were to drive my brand new vehicle with only 6,500 miles at this point, or a particular bump arises and fully loses control. Jeep knew of the issue and did not expedite my ability to get into a dealer - they played dumb on the issue until it was in the shop. I entered into some Snow Flurries and the car hit the brakes. I barely avoided a 3 car pile up because of this behavior. It appears that this feature for Emergency Braking encountered a false Positive which my family and I barely survived.

With the power sliding doors being inop my wife is either a prisoner in her own vehicle or she cannot enter the vehicle at all. With her limited mobility and the backup camera inop it makes it unsafe for to back the vehicle up safely. Vehicle has a malfunctioning climate control system due to electrical / software issues. When the climate control a/c is set to manual mode it will have a "ghost" control which will randomly change settings, it changes the set temperature - recirculating mode - a/c on and off - fan speed - fan direction (windshield, face, feet) - and will also apply to the rear passenger control unit. ... lower front climate control screens will act "crazy" when this "ghost/glitch". is happening and randomly change settings, the driver cannot override it when it is happening until the vehicle is shut off. It is extremely dangerous as this malfunctioning climate control will let the front windshield moisture build up and be impossible to clear off - which leads to a visual obstruction and could result in a crash, it's especially bad for us in the PacNW in the winter when it is dark and always wet, not being able to keep the windshield clear is scary. I've reported the issue date as 12/24/22, but it happens frequently. I have recorded videos of it happening on my iPhone but the file size is too large for here. We are still waiting for parts from Jeep to get this issue fixed, there are multiple reports from other owners on this issue also, why is this vehicle allowed to be sold to the public ? At low/idle speeds the brake pedal becomes hard and will not stop. At speeds between 35-75mph the engine/transmission has a vibration about every 10seconds and the transmission shifts hard and/or rough at times when first taking off.
