first issue was around April-May 2025 when my engine started knocking and burning fuel. Warning light came on and it went right in to the dealer where I have all my maintenance done. They determined that it due to (2) faulty fuel injectors and I had them replaced at that time. In December of 2025 my engine started doing the same thing as before with the knocking and burning fuel and reduced spe

They priced out the one was bad and I asked them to replace the remaining 6 fuel injectors so I didn't have this issue again in the near future. They did and the vehicle had the same issues going on. During the next inspection it was determined that the engine needed new rocker arms. These were replaced but this also did not solve the problem and the vehicle would not pass the regeneration on the engine. During the next inspection it was determined that we needed to replace a cylinder and one of the valves. After this was complete they were still having issues and then I was told that the Piston was bad and there are (2) bad valves so I need an entire engine replacement. My truck only has 130,000 miles and has been in the shop for almost 2 months last year from engine issues and it has had all maintenance completed at he same dealership with Records.Read more

Letter: I am writing to follow up on my recent communication with Honda’s Goodwill Department regarding the fuel injector failure on my 2017 Honda CR-V. This situation has caused significant financial burden & frustration with a brand I have always trusted. Over a year ago, the fuel injectors began intermittently triggering the vehicle’s computer system, despite there being no actual mechanical issue. At that time, Honda acknowledged this was a “common” problem with this model year & advised it was safe to continue driving since the sensor was only barely tripping the system. I hoped Honda would issue a recall or extended warranty, as this is a known and widespread defect. That never occurred. This past weekend, the sensor failed completely & required immediate replacement at a cost of $1,000+—nearly identical to the estimate Honda provided over a year ago. My vehicle has only 96,000 miles, is not yet paid off, & was purchased as a certified pre-owned Honda. These factors are precisely why I have remained loyal to Honda. It is extremely frustrating that this same issue is covered under a recall or extended warranty for the 2018 CR-V, while the 2017 model—despite having the same known defect—is excluded. This inconsistency feels unfair, especially since Honda acknowledged this issue directly. I am requesting reconsideration for assistance. I have seen many forum posts and YouTube videos about this problem and as the parts are integrated into the headlamp assembly, the only way to fix is a complete replacement of the assembly which is a $2000-$2500 repair PER ASSEMBLY. This problem appears to be related to heat dissipation issues, indicating a manufacturers defect. In older model vehicles, a daytime running lamp used to be a $5-$20 bulb replacement. The fact that I now have no choice but to pay $2000 to restore functionality of a safety feature is completely unacceptable. At the very least, Ford should redesign the LED module to be replaceable independent of the larger assembly, reducing the cost to the owner.Read more

The airbag and restraint system showed warnings caused by third-party wiring, indicating potential airbag or seatbelt malfunction. The fuel system was defective. The gas cap was broken and required tools to refuel the vehicle. Structural and body components were unsafe. A bumper bracket was loose and flapped while driving, and the passenger seat was unstable. Accessibility systems were also defective, including lift and door malfunctions affecting safe operation. United Access was notified immediately but did not correct these safety defects. When starting from a very slight rolling stop I sometimes get no throttle response at all. When this happens i end up applying more throttle and I still do not move. Then after a second or two the truck takes off like a rocket. This usually happens at an intersection with the steering wheel turned one way or the other. Noticed excessive oil consumption that turned into burning oil when the exhaust turned back of car black. Engine started knocking due to gummed up spark plugs. Replaced the spark plugs but within weeks the new plugs where gummed up as well. Took to Kia for diagnosis and potential repair for theta 2 class action. Mechanic confirmed damaged spark plugs, piston issues and needs for new engine.

The vehicle shut off in the middle of the street. I had to get it jumped to start again. There was a fuel leak. Car is still smelling like fuel after getting it repaired. The vehicle doesn't alert if your close to a car or anything

Yesterday I went to pull straight out of my parking spot after I switched from park to drive and the steering was completely locked up, so I put it in reverse to get back into my parking spot .I then put it back into park, turned the truck off waited for a few seconds turned it back on and it was fine to drive home . Front driver side door unable to open from the outside. Faulty door handle pad. Initially randomly wouldn’t work, would have to press the pressure pad multiple times or press on specific part of the pad. Eventually, stopped working all together. It’s a safety issue if unable to open the door during an emergency. Pretty common issue on Cadillac CT5s regardless of trim. Affects all 4 door

Was getting a steering assist reduced error code. Auto stop quit functioning and air conditioning stopped cooling. Engine sounded like a jet. P 0128 thermostat error code came up and had to be replaced. I see lots of similar complaints. Cost me $700.

This puts the safety of the Tesla driver and other roadway users at risk because another driver or pedestrian would not hear the horn if the Tesla driver needed to get their attention. The motors oil pressure is low. If something goes while I'm driving it can be dangerous to others and myself. It has not been confirmed with mine, but it has been a known issue with this year of the tundra's and has a recall for some of them but not all. Hasn't been inspected by others and no lights have came on yet but running really low pressure.
