... used a significant accident, injury or death. Upon pulling over, I rebooted both computers on the Tesla Model S 75 D and the problem went away. I immediately drove to the Tesla dealer in Chesterfield, MO. There they seemed unconcerned, and advised me it was likely just a firmware issue and wouldn't be able to look at the car until the next week. I was shocked. Since the systems seemed to work I drove home and parked the car. On the driveway, the same error showed up and steering seemed again to lock up. After rebooting problem went away. Looking at the Tesla forums this seems to have happened before and poses a serious danger to the driver, occupants and fellow drivers on the road. I no longer feel safe driving the car.Read more

The transmission dropped 2 thousand miles over my warranty at 102k miles. I was taking my son to see his surgeon and the car started jerking and making noises in the middle of a busy intersection. Then 6 weeks later a fuel injector and the lifters failed due to the active fuel management. No one was hurt thankfully because I was just leaving home to go to work when I noticed the tapping sound and had my mechanic come look at it. Him and 2 other mechanics confirmed it was the lifters. I had already borrowed money to replace the transmission and can’t afford the $12k quote to fix it. Now it has been sitting in my driveway for almost a year unable to be driven. It is however causing me severe depression. I’m borrowing my son’s car while paying almost $700 monthly on a Tahoe I can’t even drive. - I like to report that my Ram 1500 Classic has been having issues with steering since March 2025. I had around at that time 78k miles on the truck give or take. I took the truck to the dealership where I purchased it (Brown Daub Easton PA). I can tell I have slightly new wheels at the time of this issue. The only thing they noted was my rear passenger tire tread was a little more worn compared to the other three. I took the Truck home very disappointed and the problem actually seem like it went away for a few days. Then the problem began to show again and the turning aspect is becoming more difficult. Recently while driving on the interstate my steering was affected just changing lanes at 65 mph where the need to use both hands was troublesome. The truck itself had jolt where I never encountered. - - I believe that driving this truck is very dangerous and taken it to the dealership where I have a warranty appears to be impossible to identify the root issue. - I have only taken it to the dealership once and its scheduled to go back to the home dealership on the 12th of this month for another check. -There are no warning lamps/messages. Problem recently started in March 2025 at or above 78k miles. - I believe that the issue could be related to the power steering motor or the Electronic power steering noted on this site. The examples or causes fall very close to the same feeling I get while driving this vehicle. My vehicle is currently in the shop at the local Kia dealership. Over the past week my vehicle has randomly stalled several times. I was sold the 2012 Nissan Frontier SL from Lynne's Nissan City in Bloomfield, NJ being told it was a safe vehicle and passed their inspection. After bringing it to my mechanic I was informed the frame was so rusted it was unsafe to drive. They are now trying to resell the vehicle not disclosing that information.

It’s a Graco Contender Slim purchased about 2 years ago. My [XXX] child was able to push open the harness just by pushing his body forward, when it was in a locked position.
