On that date, the subject driver, was driving a [XXX] child to a scheduled pediatric appointment. While stopped at a red light, the vehicle experienced a sudden and complete electrical failure. ... inment system, went completely dark. The subject driver found herself trapped in the middle of a busy intersection in St. Petersburg, Florida. Due to the nature of the failure, she was unable to shift the vehicle into neutral or move it to a safe location, as the vehicle’s electronic transmission control was also unresponsive. She was left stranded in this hazardous situation for approximately 45 minutes while awaiting the arrival of police and emergency responders. This incident created a terrifying and highly dangerous scenario—not only for subject driver but also placed the child in danger of heat exhaustion (heat index was over 100 degrees). As a result of this traumatic experience, subject driver has completely lost trust in the vehicle’s safety and refuses to transport the child in the vehicle. We submit this incident as additional evidence of the ongoing and unacceptable safety risks as-sociated with this vehicle. The manufacturer should take swift and decisive action in ad-dressing this matter. I bought my car brand new off the lot in March 2021, it is a 2021 Honda HRV sport all wheel drive. I've been noticing over the past year that the lever to my seat has been changing the amount of times you need to pump it and the height at which it goes. ... different. The fact that the car no longer holds its position has led me to need to buy a cushion to sit on to see over the steering wheel. This is a huge safety concern because I would have never bought a car that I cannot see over the steering wheel too and nor would I have bought it brand new off the lot. There's also leads to issues where I am constantly needing to adjust my mirrors, adjust my seatbelt, and adjust my steering wheel as well as adjust my distance from the steering wheel. This is wreaking havoc on my mirrors motor and is causing me to break rapidly or not be able to reach the gas pedal if I don't notice that the seat has sunk. When the sea sinks on its own, I am unable to pump it up any higher because it thinks it's at the max amount. I am done forced to get out of the car pump it all the way to the bottom and then pump it all the way to the top. Every time it is a different amount of pumps on the seat lever. This is a huge safety risk while I'm driving. I've also noticed that the seat looks to be leaning while it's on its rails, and the section that sits in the rails while it is at the highest point, don't even look secure I will attach pictures. I weigh 90lbs so I know I have not crushed the cushioning in the seat.Read more

While BMW isn't doing anything while knowing it would lead to serious safety issues. * Yes, it has been inspected by the service department, and more concerning is the quality of BMW OEM's part supplier, I bought the car used at around 26k miles, when at around 35k miles that the axle are beginning to make clunking noise. More surprising is that after having the vehicle checked out, they've found out that the front right axle was already replaced by the previous owner, replaced with GKN brand axle, which is the original supplier that manufactures BMW's axle. After calculation, the two axles didn't even last over 36,000 miles, with an average lifespan of 18,000 miles. Additionally, each axle costs $ 1,778.95. For replacing both, the cost is around $ 3,557.90, plus labor, which is well over $ 4,000. leaving customers huge financial impact and safety concerns. * No warming lamps, messages. I'm not sure how or why we are all OK/still alive. I had ZERO CONTROL OR STEERING ABILITY in my moving vehicle. We could have so easily been in an accident or killed.
