I purchased my GMC Sierra AT4 from your Oman GMC distributor called Moosa Abdulrehman Hassan. The vehicle suddenly stops and transmission automatically shift from 'D' driving mode to 'N' natural. First it happened when the vehicle driven 200km only when I took it to dealer Moosa Abdulrehman Hassan, they re-programmed the vehicle and doesn't know what the problem is. Second time happened when the
... vehicle was driven approx. 1,600 km and 3rd time again happened on [XXX], engine stopped and transmission shifted automatically from D to N, I have to start the engine and continue my journey. Again, I brought the vehicle to GMC dealer Moosa Abdulrehman Hassan. They kept the vehicle for almost one week and unable to demonstrate or diagnose the problem and asked me to collect the vehicle. Its high risk to drive the vehicle, when suddenly the engine stops and the gear shift from 'D' to 'N' while driving. I had option to choose, Ford 150 or Dodge Ram I bought GMC because it suppose to be reliable and have the best safety features. But I really regret now why I have purchased it, there are no technicians in Oman with GMC dealer to identify and fix the problem. I can't drive the vehicle in such condition, risking my life and life of other drivers on the road. The vehicle is parked in my Garage, it new vehicle just completed 1800 km. The the dealer the solution is very simple, either fix the issue, or replace the car or refund my money back, the dealer is not doing any of these. Before taking legal action and reporting it to the court, which will bring shame to GMC reputed brand. I though I'll give my final try to report it to you. You are the manufacturer may be have a solution. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)Read more

My Porsche Taycan unexpectedly applies the brakes on its own while traveling at highway speeds and flashes a red warning message instructing me to take control of the steering wheel, even though both of my hands are already on the wheel. This is extremely dangerous because sudden braking at high speeds creates a major risk of rear-end collisions and loss of control. When It Occurs: This issue sta
... rted recently and has happened multiple times under normal driving conditions (clear weather, open road, both hands on the wheel, no imminent obstacle). It appears to occur without warning and without any legitimate reason for emergency braking. Approximately 3 times in 1 month. Dealer Response: I reported the problem to my Porsche dealership. They claimed this behavior is “normal,” but also acknowledged that many other owners have experienced similar issues. Despite this, they offered no fix and did not classify it as a defect. I strongly disagree that this is normal—this is a critical safety hazard. I have another upcoming appointment for an additional check June 29, 2025. Safety Risk: Unexpected braking at highway speeds could lead to a rear-end crash, loss of control, or serious injury. This is not driver error. The vehicle is misinterpreting conditions or malfunctioning, and the warning to take control of the steering wheel despite both hands being on the wheel suggests a possible sensor or software failure.Read more

The shifter cable bushing failed after being replaced under recall 7 years ago. When leaving a parking spot and trying to shift into drive my shift lever started to move freely and my digital PRNDL display was all white letters (usually the selected gear is lit up orange). No warnings displayed on my dash. I sensed something was wrong so I applied the parking brake and shut off the engine. I’m
... thankful this happened when I was leaving a parking spot and not when I was parking my car and getting out (potentially causing the car to roll away with my kids running behind the car on my hilly driveway). This is a known problem that Ford has issued multiple recalls for in the past. My car was covered by one early recall in 2018 (I will upload the Carfax service history showing date and mileage of 2018 recall repair). An orange plastic shifter bushing was installed under recall in 2018. This bushing disintegrated eventually, leading to the problem I experienced a few days ago. I will upload pictures of the orange plastic debris scattered on top of my transmission. (these pictures include a temporary repair that was made after the failure occurred- shifter was reattached with zip ties in order to reposition the vehicle for service). Ford has since developed updated repair parts (a yellow plastic bushing and a plastic cover to keep contaminants off the bushing) for later recalls that affected different trims/configurations of the Fusion. I had to go to the dealer and buy those updated parts myself, which I installed so that I could continue driving my car to work (I will include pictures of repairs). I feel like Ford should be upgrading the earlier recalled vehicles with these latest and greatest parts. My car was fixed under recall and then experienced the very failure the recall was supposed to address. My car has about 245,000 miles on it. The initial recall repair was performed at about 88,000 miles. After about 7 years and 156,000 miles the recall repair failed.Read more

They will not provide email of incident, as per my request, from discussion but did open case and assigned a case number. Honda stated my only recourse was to pay for damage out of my pocket or wait to see if Honda will possibly extend the warranty and that it was my responsibility to contact them since they will not provide any notification again. So, my vehicle will continue to rust from the paint peel on the roof on a daily basis in the Florida sun. What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? The electrical system and battery/charging system of my 2020 Nissan Armada have repeatedly failed. The vehicle experiences unexplained battery drain, even after extended driving. The issue is ongoing and the vehicle is currently connected to a trickle charger in my garage to remain operational. I am
... willing to make the vehicle available for inspection upon request. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? This defect has caused my vehicle to become inoperable without warning, leaving me stranded multiple times, including once after work at night. I now must carry a portable jump starter at all times. This is a serious safety concern, especially if the battery failure were to occur in a remote area, during extreme weather, or in an emergency situation. I can no longer rely on my vehicle to start normally. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? Yes. The issue has been confirmed and documented by Arlington Heights Nissan (Illinois). I have had the battery replaced twice, but the issue continues. The master mechanic at the dealership even admitted he owns the same model and uses a trickle charger himself. He stated that the root cause may be the “smart alternator” system, and the only fix they offered was to cut a wire for $300. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives, or others? Yes. The vehicle has been inspected multiple times by an authorized Nissan dealership. It has not been reviewed by police or insurance, as the issue has not led to a collision, but remains an ongoing safety risk. Were there any warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure? When did they first appear? There were no warning lights or dashboard alerts before each battery failure. The issue began shortly after I took delivery of itRead more

On July 14, 2025, our 2025 Honda Accord was serviced at Hall Honda Virginia Beach for a TPMS warning. The repair was marked complete under warranty by 12:24 PM. We picked up the car [XXX] at 7:30 AM. By 4:32 PM, the passenger-side tire catastrophically failed no TPMS alert, no impact, no pothole, just sudden sidewall rupture. This was not a minor issue; it was a failure of a federally mandated saf

The next morning, advisor Tito blamed us: “You must have hit something.” He then offered to replace the rim and tire under warranty and gave us two options a fast repair or a “proper” 3-day one. Framing a potentially fatal failure as a customer convenience choice is reckless. We picked the car up again July 21. On [XXX] at 3 PM, the TPMS failed again this time throwing a calibration warning. This was Visit #3. I returned to ask why it failed again. Tito grew defensive and again blamed us for the initial tire failure. I wasn’t there for that I was reporting a second failure of the same safety system. There was no concern shown that the car had been returned unsafe multiple times. No apology, no accountability just blame deflection and hostility. As of July 25, the TPMS still does not work. A fourth visit is now required. This is a repeat failure of a safety-critical system required under FMVSS 138, mishandled with negligence and denial. It is only luck—not competence—that prevented serious harm or death.
