Upon further investigation, we discovered that these AC units were the subject of a recall issued in November 2024. Despite this, we purchased our RV brand new in March 2025, several months after the recall was issued. The dealership failed to rectify the recall before it was sold to us. These failures present unacceptable safety hazards and have caused us both financial and emotional stress. The oil pan has a rtv gasket from factory and started leaking, I’ve replaced it twice and is still leaking. It’s expensive and cumbersome. It runs the risk of oil starvation, this would cause catastrophic engine failure, ford has TSB for this issue. UNKNOWN UNKNOWN

On [XXX], the car was parked at my regular parking garage. The valet entered to the car to bring it down for pick up. After he entered, the power on the vehicle went out and the door would not open. He did not know about the manual door release. I walked up to see what the delay was and found him locked inside. The car was parked on an upper floor and the it was over 100 degrees in the car.

It seems that the 12V battery had died without warning.
