After a few days, the dealership said that the ETC Code wasn't the fuel pump, but the oil pump causing the power loss. They said that Alfa Romeo had many models have oil pump failures, and it requires engine tear down to replace the oil pump and cost about $5000. Alfa Romeo Customer Care stated there is no recall for this problem, so one has to pay the $5k for the repair. I think Alfa Romeo knows the true cause of the power loss problem and the remedy, and using the oil pump as a loophole to make the consumer pay for a problem that they should cover the cost of repair. On [XXX], while driving my 2025 Ram 1500 Laramie at approximately 60 mph on a dark rural road, the truck suddenly stalled without warning. The engine shut off, but all lights and electrical systems initially remained powered. I shifted into Neutral and attempted to restart while coasting, at which point the truck completely lost electrical power — headlights, dash, ignition button, and interior
... lighting all went dead. I initially thought I might have accidentally cycled the ignition button off, but repeated attempts to restart had no response. As I rolled to a stop, the vehicle automatically shifted itself into Park, causing a sudden and violent stop. Once stationary, the truck restarted normally as if nothing had happened. Prior to this event, there were multiple related issues: – On [XXX], the truck would crank but not start for about 30–40 minutes before finally starting normally. – On [XXX], a check engine light appeared during an hour drive to LAX. After parking and restarting, the light disappeared. – On September 29, 2025, I took the truck to Crown Dodge in Ventura County, CA, where a wireless OBD-II scan found no codes. I was advised to return if the problem persisted. – A few months prior, the truck stalled at low speed when pulling forward from a stop in a parking lot. The [XXX] incident was extremely dangerous, leaving me completely unpowered and invisible to oncoming traffic at night. These repeated, escalating failures suggest a serious intermittent electrical or control system defect that could result in a crash or injury. The dealer has not responded to my attempts to contact them on October 13, 2025. I was able to get ahold of their receptionist but get sent to voicemails when transferred. Some of the boxes were already full and others I left voicemails but no response back none the less. In March 2015 the BAS ESP (traction control and stability light)warning light came on. It stayed on for several miles and then went off. This happened numerous times. On April 23, 2025 Parker Automotive Service Center removed the steering wheel and replaced the Clockspring. In May the BAS ESP again came on, Parker Automotive recalibrated the Clockspring which has the steering angle sensory built
... in. In Aug 2025 the BAS ESP light again came on and on August 14, 2025 Parker Automotive replaced the Clockspring under warranty. In September 2025 the BAS ESP came on again. On October 2 2025 Parker Automotive found a Safety recall M31/NHTSA 13V-176 Airbag System Clockspring and advised me to go to the Jeep dealer. Which I did and was told my vehicle was not among the recalled ones. Research shows that m31/NHTSA was replaced by S40/NHTSA. My records show that I “paid” Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson to replace the Clockspring-steering column controls ten years ago on October 22, 2015. It is concerning that when the BAS ESP warning light is on the airbag will not deploy. Does the recall need to be expanded to include additional vehicles? The Clockspring in my vehicle has been replaced now 3 times.Read more

Motorcycle threw me forward on the bike causing me to momentarily lose control which put me into the oncoming lane of traffic. I was able to recover and swing back into the proper lane of travel. After restarting and beginning forward motion, a clicking noise could be heard that corresponded with wheel revolution (as wheel moved faster, clicking noise quickened). After beginning to pick up speed the ABS error light would appear and clicking noise would stop. Bike was taken to a Triumph dealer in S Dakota, mechanic reported something looked to have gotten into the rear brake assembly damaging the ABS pulse ring, caliper bracket, & rotor. Bike is currently at Fort Wayne Triumph (owners home town) and they report that bike also appears to have a damaged chain sprocket. After doing some research of my own, I found other reported incidents on 22/23 Tiger 900 Rally Pros very similar to this incident that were caused by broken rear wheel spokes. I've called the dealer to have them check for any broken spokes and they have confirmed that there is one. At Miami Airport, with ample space behind the vehicle in front, a pickup truck with a very long sloping ramp trailer to carry several cars pulled into the stated space. After my return from the UK 5 days later I drove home and used the car for several days. At the time of the collision, my diagonal part of the seatbelt failed to restrain me. My chest hit the steering wheel and I have since experienced continuous pain. (No broken bones). The incident was a sort of sideswipe. Despite its roadworthiness, the car became a write-off as a support for the engine was found to be unexpectedly bent as well. Driving conditions were ideal. When I put my car in park and turn it off I get an error message that I need to "Shift to Park". It shows in the dash that it is in park but my radio, and lights stay on. I have to restart my car and put it in park, reverse, or neutral and try to put it in park again. I takes several try's to make the error message go away.

trailer brake control is junk, it is a known problem! While driving the control shut of the brakes of the trailer. Had a fully loaded trailer 14,000 pounds with no trailer brakes, ended up going through red light, because the trucks brakes where not enough to stop trailer!
