I THEN CALLED THE OWNER WHO CALLED ME BACK 3 DAYS LATER AND TELLS ME THAT'S ALL THEY CAN DO AND DEMANDS THE LOANER CAR BACK IMMEDIATELY. RECALL NOW THAT MY CAR ISN'T FINISHED AND THEY ARE STILL DEMANDING THE CAR BACK. ARMEN BECAME AGGRESSIVE WITH ME ON THE PHONE AND I HUNG UP. JUST BEFORE I DID HE SAID THEY WOULD COME TO ME AND GET THE CAR. AT THIS POINT I FELT THREATENED AND ACTED UNDER DURESS. I TOLD TED TO FIX THE WHEELS SO I COULD GET THE CAR AN GO. TODAY I GET A CALL THAT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO BALANCE THE TIRES AND NEEDED TO REPLACE ALL FOUR AND FOR THE HECK OF IT I NEEDED AN ALIGNMENT TOO. ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS ARE THE DIRECT RESULT OF FAULTY, UNSAFE WHEELS. I CALLED GM CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THEY WERE NO HELP AT ALL. NO ONE WILL ADDRESS THE FACT THAT THE CAR IS UNSAFE.
